The sought after Wynyard Quarter location is uber convenient with all modern necessities within walking distance and surrounded by a variety of wonderful dining and shopping experiences in every direction.

The Space:
This casual and contemporary space offers trendy city fringe living. The open living and gentle interior theme emanate a relaxed, homely environment with some fun artistic elements that add culture and character.

The open plan living is spacious and communal so you can all be together while engaging in different things like cooking, working at the bench or watching TV from the couch. The lounging area is very inviting with a large and cozy couch for the days or nights you want or need to unwind with a book or switch off with a movie. The room has a nice, calming ambience from the shaded natural light that comes through the ranch sliders, making it the perfect space to enjoy doing nothing.

There is a smart TV so you can enjoy all the best tv shows and movies, with access to all streaming apps (Netflix, neon, Youtube, spark sport, sky sport) and live TV giving you endless viewing options.

The open and refined kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances and modern kitchen essentials to help you impress your guests with their favourite meal, enjoy cooking, creating and entertaining in this lovely open space.

The bedrooms are both generous and simple spaces, offering a comfortable and easy space for sleeping. The rooms are accompanied by premium quality beds with excellent crisp linens and beautiful plush pillows to ensure you wake up feeling rejuvenated. Both rooms have black out drapes to help you get a restful night sleep. Both rooms have bountiful storage space so you can unpack your bags and really feel at home.

There is a laundry area for you to use during your stay, with a washer/dryer (2 in 1 machine) and laundry detergent provided.

Wynyard quarter is sought after for its prime location between the city and funky neighbouring suburbs, it has all the conveniences of city living without the hustle and bustle.

Enjoy morning or evening strolls around the marina stopping for a coffee at sunrise or vino in the evening at one of the cute cafes or bars. The viaduct and it’s a fantastic array of restaurants is also within walking distance or if you’re into motorised transport jump on an e scooter! The neighbouring suburbs offer even more exciting and chic dining and shopping experiences so this is without a doubt the best position for your Auckland trip to be filled with exploring, shopping and delicious food.

The Neighborhood:
The 155 Beaumont complex is a quiet residential building in Wynyard Quarter within walking distance to many amazing cafes and restaurants, but far enough way to be peaceful. See the immediate area by foot or scooter and zoom through Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 15-minute walk away, you can find shopping for all ages and tastes at these hot spots, you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart. Enjoy some fantastic walks nearby with the lush Victoria Park down the road and beautiful Westhaven board walk around the corner.
This is an enviable location with more than everything that you will need during your stay.

Getting Around:
The location is fantastic for walking and exploring the nearby attractions, with beautiful walks along the waterfront, the viaduct basin, Wynyard quarter and west haven marina are all only a 5 minute walk leading you to spectacular views with restaurants along the way.
If you need to get further out of the city there are bus stops all around you with multiple destinations and the Britomart transport hub only a 15-minute walk with trains and buses going in every direction near and far.
There are also city link routes that will get you all around the city and to popular/in demand spots like the Skytower, the Auckland museum, hospital and domain, K road, and Mount Eden (Eden park stadium).
We recommend using Ubers in the city, they are well priced and efficient especially when catching within the CBD.

Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys  not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.

If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

We are no onsite but are available 24/7 via message if you need anything :)

Enjoyable Stay in Auckland
Very clean, modern , and spacious unit. Good location, but no view. Parking lot lights are on always. Could use some curtains in living room .
