Enjoy sunny days walking around the area, head down to the sanctuary of Victoria Park for a stroll, another great walking route near by is the west haven marina or Wynyard quarter and viaduct where you will find fun vibes and delectable food.
This generous 1 bedroom apartment offers a laid back, relaxed and cozy energy with light monochromatic tones throughout the soft aesthetic and the picturesque surroundings of the canal and palm trees. Natural light radiates the open living area offering a lovely indulgent space to unwind after a long day. There is a smart TV providing you with endless streaming options to cuddle up to on a quiet night in (accounts not included).

The bedroom is a peaceful space, quiet and comfortable looking out at the palm trees. The bed is accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling helping you get a restful and rejuvenating sleep, there are blackout blinds in the bedroom to keep the light out as well. There is ample storage space so you can unpack and feel at home.
There is a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and dryer, we provide laundry detergent for your convenience during your stay.
The apartment complex has an indoor pool, sauna and gym available for your use during your stay.
Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy! You have access to the apartment complex facilities during your stay including an indoor pool, sauna and gym.
*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!
The Neighborhood:
Lighter Quay Complex is a quiet residential complex in Wynyard Quarter on the western side of the Viaduct Harbour within walking distance to many amazing cafes and restaurants, but far enough way to be peaceful. The location offers easy access to many of the city's highlights and conveniences on your doorstep. Stroll around the Viaduct Basin or over the Te Wero Pedestrian Bridge for a drink at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area or up to the vibrant North Wharf where you can visit the Fish Market, the Waterfront Theatre and the Viaduct Events Centre.
Enjoy some fantastic walks nearby with the lush Victoria Park down the road and beautiful Westhaven board walk around the corner.
Getting Around:
You are just 10 minutes walk from Britomart transport hub with buses and trains going in every direction.
There are city link routes that will get you all around the city and to popular/in demand spots like the Skytower, the Auckland museum, hospital and domain, K road, and Mount Eden (Eden park stadium).
We recommend using Ubers, they are fast especially when catching from the city and well priced

Parking in the city can be tricky and expensive so when you book with us we have a 40% off selected Wilson carparks for nights and weekends! Ask our Urban Butler team for further details once you have booked :)
Keys & Lock-Out Policy
Any keys not returned to us on your check-out date will be charged in full, along with the cost of replacing the lock(s) to the property (if necessary). If you lose your keys, or lock them in the property during your stay, we will make every attempt to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If outside of business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), we will charge you with a minimum call-out fee of $100+ GST as well as any other costs incurred in enabling you to access the apartment again and replacing lost keys.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbors. Security call out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 2 people to stay at the apartment.

We are not onsite but are available via call or email should you need anything during your stay :)
