The staff is really excellent, the location is second to none. The hotel has almost no facilities and is not the most luxurious one. A very good choice if you want to stay a few days in the heart of Auckland.

The staff was on hand 24 hours and they were very friendly. The location was excellent and there were cafes and shops all around. It was only a couple of blocks from the cruise ship terminal. An excellent value for the stay.

This hotel is in the best location ! Steps away from any restaurant, a few blocks from the ferry. The amenities in the room are perfect. Have a full bathtub when travelling is amazing and full laundry in my room!
