Loved this condo. Comfortable, super clean, convenient, and a good space for four adults or a family. Decks are private, and the sunset and bay views are beautiful. Had a small issue with the toilet seat upstairs and it was quickly addressed. We look forward to rebooking here! Deb. H.

We found the condo to be exactly as advertised regarding rooms, facilities, and furnishings. The place was quite clean except for the carpet -which was acknowledged and arrangements were made with us to have the carpets cleaned on our 2nd day in the unit.
There is an adequate array of equipment in the kitchen and very nice TVs in every room which included ROKU and some streaming services (plus Spectrum). This is our seventh year renting various condos in Little Harbor. Most of them are quite nice and this is no exception.
The only drawback is the number of stairs you have to go up and down to use this facility. The main living area is on the 2nd floor, and bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. So, if you are fit enough to negotiate the stairs (so far, we still are) then these are fine rentals. There are two restaurants in Little Harbor and this unit is about a 7 minute walk to a private beach. Joseph B.

Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay very much. The townhouse was just right for our needs. Furniture and beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cable tv and our favorite programs, even golf channel! The manatees in the canal were an added plus. Deck furniture was comfortable too.
