About this property

Welcome to your home away from home! Our guests quarters boasts a private entrance, a quiet aspect with clean and modern finishes. The room features a queen bed and 2 twin beds.

This is a bedroom and bathroom attached to our home with its own private entrance.
You will not be renting out the entire house.

Amenities include a flat screen TV with Xfinity cable and Netflix, a Keurig with all the coffee fixings, a microwave and a mini fridge!

We have a travel sized pack-n-play available upon request.

There is a closet in the room that is locked and has our belongings in it that we could not relocate in other parts of the house. Please do not enter closet. There is space in the armoire to hang any clothes!
The room may be a bit chilly as it is downstairs and partly underground! We have a heater provided to warm up the space if needed! There are also extra blankets to add to the beds.

From the first time reaching out the owner was so quick to respond!

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed! The owner is so responsive and kind! The sheets were so comfy!!! In a quiet neighborhood that is Very safe!

Perfectly Comfy

This little room was perfect for me. It was spotless and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and it had all the necessities and some special touches. I loved it so much that I booked it again! It was a wonderful experience!

Stop & Relax

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was firm & comfortable. There are different styles of pillows which helped as well. There was easy access, a nice bathroom & just enough space to stop & relax during our days of touring. The space was clean & modern. The amenities were just what we needed. Thank you So Much!

I will be available 24/7 ! I'll be in the main house if I'm not out running errands or working! You’re welcome to talk with me as much or as little as you like! We have amazing neighbors and neighborhood kids that are always running around playing!

Why they chose this property

The space
The space available to guests is a bedroom and bathroom on the bottom floor of our split level, 4 bedroom, and 3 bath home. The space will be your own and completely private to you with a private entrance. HOWEVER, it is attached to our home and we can hear each other. We do our best to keep the noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. You may hear us walking above you.

We don’t mind meeting and chatting with our guests! We can also leave you alone if you wish, but we will be on the premises for anything you might need! Please park in driveway. If arriving at night, just pulling your car in should activate the motion light above your door! There’s a keypad lock on the door and we will provide a code for you on the day of check-in!
