Beautiful villa situated on the Punta peninsula offers amazing views of the Aegean sea as well as Skiathos Town . The villa maintains private gardens, vast decks and balconies with stunning views. The ground floor is spacious and elegant with marble floors and leads up to the second floor with three bedrooms. The three upstairs bedroom have air conditioning. There is no air conditioning on the ground floor. The villa is a ten minute walk to the nearest beach and a ten minute drive to downtown.
