Your own private resort - Ideal relaxing holiday destination - pool area is very private where you can relax & forget the rest of the world. Yes - Fully AIR CONDITIONED including all 4 bedrooms.
The layout of the house - upstairs - Open plan - Lounge dining & fully equiped kitchen - verandahs front & back . 2 Bedrooms & Bathroom. Downstairs - 2 Bedrooms - Bathroom with combined laundry. . The property is fully fenced . This house is suitable for all age groups - great facilities.
Excellent Entertainment area - B B Q - Swimming Pool with under cover shaded area to unwind at your leisure - a maxi lounge covered with colourful cushions - enjoy a good read and plenty relaxation.
All Linen supplied - Please bring BEACH/POOL towels.
Lock up garage with internal access - great place to store all you fishing - diving gear. Plenty of room to park your boat - plenty of off street parking too.
Hydeaway Bay beach is a short stroll across the road.
Located 45 mins to Airlie Beach - 35 mins to Proserpine.
Lots to see & explore - enjoy beach walks - fishing - snorkling - a very relaxing location.
No group parties. Two resorts close by also!!
Mobile phone service available Optus & Telstra which is a great advantage.
