Property Manager Tips 📝

Boat ramp access: At Sinclair Bay, we have a sandy boat ramp suitable for boats up to 6.5m. For easy launching and retrieval, plan around tides of 3m or higher. At low tide the water recedes a long way, and you don’t want to be waiting until 2am for enough water to bring your boat back in!

Resident dog: We do have an on-site Bullmastiff named Hokey. She’s a gentle giant who mostly snoozes and sniffs around. Completely harmless, but don’t be surprised if she comes to say g’day.

Great remote location, excellent it you want privacy with an abundance of peace and quiet. A stretch to call it a resort, more a farm stay. Great room, super comfy bed and we would definitely stay again.

Property was awesome, right on the beach, accommodation nice. Boat ramp not always accessible in different tides so couldn't launch boat to fish. Caught flathead off the beach.
