Sunland Springs Village features a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort style swimming pool, lap pool, spa, numerous clubs and courts for tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball and basketball. Our home is a 3 minute walk to the community center. Bikes are provided for those who love to pedal to their destination or sightsee on two wheels.

The Superstition Gateway shopping plaza is adjacent to the community and features well known chain stores such as Walmart, Kohl's and Best Buy as well as a few specialty stores, an IMAX theater, banks and restaurants. Medical facilities are also minutes from our home.

It's a short commute from the neighborhood to Sloan Park, home of the Chicago Cubs spring training, Mesa Market Place Swap Meet, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Usery Mountain Regional Park and the Salt River in Tonto National Forest. Recreational options beyond the community include vast hiking/biking trails, golf, kayaking, rafting, tubing, horseback riding and more. Eateries, museum tours, shopping and multicultural events are exciting choices that abound in Mesa and the surrounding area. Our modern freeway system is a short drive from the community and connects guests to cities, mountains and more.

The home's open floor plan includes a cozy and comfortable great room with generous seating and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked and an adjacent dining area offers cushioned seating for take-out or formal meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast.

The garage stores 2 vehicles and there is additional parking in the driveway. A dedicated laundry room is well stocked so your wardrobe is always ready for the next Arizona adventure. ​​​Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Wifi is complimentary.

The backyard includes a covered patio with seating for dining and relaxing. A gas grill is ready for the outdoor chef to barbecue everyone's favorite cuisine. Citrus trees provide mouthwatering seasonal fruit.

The primary suite features a stately king bed, ceiling fan, TV and adjacent bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A large walk-in closet easily stores your wardrobe and accessories.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a TV; the third features a king bed, ceiling fan and TV. Yes, there are TVs in ALL bedrooms!

The second bath is shared by the second and third bedrooms and has a walk-in shower.

Truly wonderful home in well maintained neighborhood with quiet streets and walking paths to the amenities is the perfect place for a 55+ family or several couples to retreat and begin creating lasting vacation memories. Guests can choose to use our home as a base for exploring the greater Phoenix area or stay within the community and enjoy the many amenities that support an active lifestyle. ~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
At least one person must be 55+ years to reserve this home. Guests under 40 may not stay more than 30 days. Children may visit but not stay for entire time of reservation. Please contact Arizona Vacation Home Rentals directly before booking this home.

This property requires a 30 day minimum reservation.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.

In accordance with Arizona state law owner permission is required for reservations greater than 31 days.
