Air-conditioned apartment (Daikin) bright ideally located in the city center of Ajaccio.

In a parallel street during Napoleon a few meters from crossroads City, shops, bus ..., the accommodation is located less than 10 minutes drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the beach.

Air-conditioned (Daikin) and completely renovated walls with ceilings, floors and networks of water and electricity and its furnishings, photos to support. It is ideal for a careful couple.

The accommodation is in gable building and is equipped only with French windows (new double glazing) overlooking a terrace with a small sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped - oven, washing machine, microwave, steam cooker, toaster, teapot, fridge, induction plate Rosières - open on living room with new LED screen SAMSUNG 80cm and DVD player.

1 room of 14 m2 air-conditioned combining charm and comfort with TV flat screen and new bedding: slats and latex mattresses Dunloppilo with large arranged wall storage.
1 room of 10 m2 air-conditioned with large arranged and a dest.

To confirm any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be sent. The balance will be asked the day of your arrival, as well as a deposit check of the amount of the rental which will be returned to you at the time of departure, after inventory.
The apartment is at your disposal from Saturday 13h the day of your arrival to Saturday 12h the day of departure and must be returned in the initial state of cleanliness.

Bed linen, beach towels and kitchen towels are provided.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
WiFi access.
Apartment occupied in the school year by a non-smoking couple.

Great Appartment

Nathalie made sure you everything ran smoothly and was very helpful. The apartment had everything I needed even beach towels were supplied. The location was excellent and everything in Ajaccio was within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans ce joli appartement très agréable, pratique et bien situé au cœur du centre ville. Ma fille et moi sommes arrivées pour 3 semaines, juste après le séjour de Régine et Yves et ne pouvons pas partager leur avis!!! Un appartement où nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse tous les jours sans bruit des voisins... un appartement climatisé très bien entretenu et réellement nickel... un appartement dont l'équipement est parfait... un appartement où nous avons pu nous reposer même l'après-midi!!!! ESSAI TRANSFORME

Notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement a été bien sympathique. La situation est idéale pour accéder au centre ville d'Ajaccio, au port, aux commerces environnants (le tout toujours à pieds). L'appartement est tout confort, très propre, calme et avec vue sur la baie depuis le balcon. Très bon rapport qualité / prix ! L'accueil est toujours très agréable et attentionné. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de parking privé. Mais on trouve toujours une place :-) Nathalie et Francis de la Manche

Séjour calamiteux

Location située dans un collectif extrêmement sonore et non sécurisé (Digicode HS). Vacarme incessant du voisinage. Nous avons subi deux semaines de travaux lourds (rénovation d'un appartement et, simultanément, création d'un commerce au rez de chaussée), ce qui a provoqué une panne d'ascenseur et coupures d'eau. Repos exclu. A telle enseigne que nous avons été hébergés par des amis Ajacciens! Nous doutons fortement de la véracité des commentaires élogieux publiés sur le site. A ce propos, il est aisé de constater, que la propriétaire a elle même rédigé un des avis (le premier). Nous rentrons épuisés de notre séjour. A FUIR !!!!!!

Deux mots : FONCER, RÉSERVER!

Première location a un particulier, première vacances en appartement, et c'est sur nous recommencerons! L'appartement est totalement conforme aux photos et a la description faite par le propriétaire. Tout était propre, nickel! Rien a y redire! L'accueil par les propriétaires était au top : beaucoup de gentillesse, de disponibilité, d'attention et aussi et surtout de partage...Tout ce qu'il faut ! Tout ce qu'il faut pour être bien et se sentir comme chez soi se trouve a proximité : centres commerciaux, magasins, restaurants, plages, port, transports en commun, gare... Nous tenons a remercier, encore une fois, Nathalie et sa famille pour nous avoir fait découvrir quelques belles plages qui en valent le détour, et pour tous leurs autres conseils qui nous ont permis de passer un séjour presque parfait sinon parfait !!! Sans hésiter, nous le recommandons et même que nous y retournerons volontiers un jour prochain! Ne crainiez rien, foncer!

ACCUEIL CHALEUREUX ET APPARTEMENT IRRÉPROCHABLE

Nous avons énormément apprécié cet appartement spacieux et si raffiné. Cuisine équipée et bien agencée. Tous les ingrédients étaient présents (commerces à proximité, grand balcon, documents mis à notre disposition etc...) pour y passer un excellent séjour ! Superbe appartement à louer sans hésiter!

Superbe appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Il est très bien situé, près de la gare maritime, à 5min du centre, et proche des magasins et des commerces. L appartement est très bien équipé ( climatisation, machine à laver etc..) et d une propreté irréprochable . Vous serez très très bien accueilli par les propriétaires et leur petit cadeau de bienvenue . Location à conseiller à la famille et aux amis. Ne pas hésiter si vous souhaitez passer un excellent séjour.

Très BONNE location

C'était la 1ère fois pour séjourner en Corse. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Question Appartement, c'est conforme aux photos et à la description. Bonne literie, pas de bruit durant la nuit, c'est bon pour le sommeil. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire, avec bouteille de vin et petits gâteaux. Location bien située, par rapport aux commerces (boulangerie, épicerie....) et aux restaurants (rues piétonnes et port de plaisance). Appartement très propre. Une adresse que nous n'hésiterons pas à communiquer à nos amis.

A ne pas manquer !!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances sur Ajaccio. Le logement est recent et surtout d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié le fait que l'appartement disposait de tous les équipements que l'on peut avoir chez soi. En ce qui concerne sa localisation, il est proche du centre-ville et des plages, idéales pour se balader le soir. De plus pour les repas vous disposez d'une terrasse avec une vue sur le port.! Genial le matin ! Une chose est sûre, c'est que l'on s'y sent vraiment bien dans ce logement. Enfin, ce qui a ete primordial pour nous, l'accueil. Nous avons été plus que bien accueilli !!! Pour résumer : rien a redire, simplement revenir !!!!

Juste un mot: parfait

Notre séjour à Ajaccio était simplement PARFAIT. Nous sommes arrivés depuis l'aéroport. Nous avons pris un bus qui nous a déposé à 2 pas de l'appartement. Nous avons été acceuillis très gentiment par la propriétaire, souriante, et se souciant de notre bien-être. L'appartement est très beau, propre, et calme. La terrasse avec vu sur la mer est très agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une superette et boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. Les plages et le port sont situés à 10 min à pied. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans l'appartement. Tout était Parfait!!! Encore un grand MERCI à la propriétaire!!!!!!!!!!!

"ON Y REVIENDRA"

Appartement idéal et très adapté pour passer un excellent séjour à Ajaccio. Toutes les commodités - Carrefour city, boulangerie, pharmacie, bons restaurants, rue Fesch et ses boutiques...- sont aux alentours, la mer est proche et les musées le sont aussi !! Grâce à la climatisation, on apprécie d'être en ville en étant protégé de "la vie en centre ville" et de la chaleur estivale. Très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une très bonne literie et guides touristiques à disposition dans le logement. Un très bon accueil -bouteille de vin..- nous est réservé par la propriétaire. C'est sûre, on y reviendra !!!!

« Très bonne adresse!!! »

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine dans cet appartement. Idéalement situé, très proche du centre ville. Tout est à proximté de l'appartement à pied : Supermarché à 100m, boulangerie à 50m, place foch - centre ville 10min à pied. L'appartement est tout neuf, très propre, très bien décoré et vraiment très agréable. L'accueil se fera par la propriétaire qui est très sympatique, et vous fournira des informations précises sur ce qu'il y a à faire dans la région. A CONSEILLER!!!
