About this property
Very unique 3rd floor knotty pine loft apartment
This is an entire apartment/loft on the third floor. Close to downtown. About a 5 min walk to downtown and the river where you can enjoy all the festivities and live music. Close to Selfridge air base, DTE power plant, Consumers Power plant, hospitals, and other industry. For fun, there's the Farmers Market, the YMCA, the river concerts, and gr8 restaurants. There is a private entrance in the rear of the home and the apartment is completely private. You have your own stove, fridge, tub, and bathroom. Parking is in the rear fenced in area.
