4 bedroom 2 bathroom spacious house, set over two levels, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac & only a short scenic stroll to the tranquil Noosa River, shops & famous Thomas Street & Gympie Terrace eateries. Noosa main beach is only a short 5 min drive. FREE internet as well as Netflix for all your movies, documentaries or favourite TV shows.

Large open plan living, dining & kitchen area lead to a covered outdoor retreat where you can sit back & relax in the large, comfy lounge or gather around the 10 seater outdoor setting overlooking the sparkling salt water pool surrounded by tropical gardens.

With three separate living areas there is plenty of room for everyone. Most bedrooms have air conditioning & all bedrooms have fans & quality ensemble beds ensuring a comfortable sleep. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV/DVD & large en-suite with spa bath and separate shower.
PETS
Pets (quiet & well trained) are allowed but only on the condition that specific arrangements have been made with the owner in writing with breed and age of your pet - SORRY, NO PUPPIES OR CATS. Upon approval the animals are not permitted on the furniture or upstairs area. BYO pet bedding, pets to remain outside undercover or in garage when owners are not in attendance. For the comfort of our neighbors please ensure that you refrain your dogs from barking. Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property. $50 per pet, per stay applies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Noosaville. The cafes and shops were in easy walking distance and Hastings Street and the Main Beach a 5 minute drive away or an enjoyable ferry trip. We also enjoyed walking along the canals which were close by. We will definitely return.

Comfortable property

We all enjoyed staying here. Lovely house away from the noise of main roads. Air conditioning and swimming pool were well used. The extra sitting room was handy for the family. Lovely to see a proper espresso maker.

PERFECT

7 Neptune Circuit was just the perfect house for our holiday in Noosaville. The House is in a great location- short walk to shops & River. Very clean & tidy. The house is comfortable & one you can relax in. Our Host was a great communicator and we really appreciated the flexibility of an earlier check in as our arrival flights were early in the morning. Would definately love to come back.

Festive Season Bliss

As soon as we opened the door we knew we had picked a winner of a house. The host Dianne accommodated not only an early check in but also provided toiletries, champagne, beer and chocolates to bring the festive season in. House was wonderful on New Years Eve as you get to admire the local fireworks from the ground and top floor. Thanks for a memorable holiday. Brett and Janelle and our fur baby Napoleon

We had a great time and found the house accommodated our extended family well - we had 3 generations and there was enough room for everyone. The pool was great and we made good use of the undercover outdoor area, some of the outdoor furniture is showing some wear and tear. The location was very good and we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants & cafes very easily. It would have been good if the kitchen had more crockery, cutlery, glassware - we had 6 adults & 2 babies and had to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have enough of everything for the next meal.

Great location away from the busy center at Hastings St but short walk to the beautiful river and a short drive to the main beach and shops. Lovely house with plenty of room for us all - great fun playing family games by the pool or in the dining area. Impressive lizard visited the pool each morning.

The property was perfect for our family holiday of 6 adults & one infant. The house was spacious enough for us to have a space to ourselves when we needed as well as great communal areas in the kitchen/dining area & pool area.
