Soundside views and beach in the backyard, with dock for fishing. Steps away from Gulf beach access. Golf cart and boat lift are optional to add-on.

2400 sq ft townhome with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, bikes, 2 child kayaks and beach toys.

Master is on the third floor with a king bed, balcony overlooking the water and pool. Large bathroom with double vanity and double shower. Bonus room attached to the master has twin beds and floor to ceiling windows to view the water.

Second floor has kitchen, living area, large deck viewing the water, bathroom, laundry, and two queen bedrooms.

First floor has a bonus room with a terrace level patio, king bed, 70" LED TV, and garage.

Navarre Beach - Won't go anywhere else!

This property was more impressive than advertised. It was super clean, fully stocked kitchen and had a nice view of the bay, that was only feet away! It had a golf cart which my son used extensively! There were all kinds of items for the beach and fishing. It was conveniently located close to the bridge going into Navarre and provided quick, easy access to local restaurants and most of all, TO THE BEACH! I have stayed in many places between Pensacola and Panama City. This place has now become my favorite! My family will definitely be coming back next summer and booking this exact property. Most importantly, the owner was very attentive and quick to answer my call or text with questions. We even brought my little dog and she loved it too! If you don't stay here, you are missing out! My full reccommendation!

Great base for a fun vacation!

This was a great place to stay with my family for our Navarre vacation. It’s just past the bridge on Navarre. Close enough to walk to the pier, some restaurants, Navarre beach, etc. This unit has a view of the sound out the back deck. There’s a pier you can walk out on, a beach area, a shared pool, and great shallow swimming for kids. The owner let us use their kids kayak…very fun! The unit has everything you need…fully stocked kitchen (could use a pizza cutter, though! 😃), beach towels, DVD and game library, sand toys and boogie boards, beach wagon, sand umbrella and chairs…even a crab trap! The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The owner , Clair, was very helpful in telling us about restaurants and other tips. When we ran out of trash bags, she dropped some off…with muffins! So nice! Everything was really clean inside…I’d just suggest that the garage get a bit more organized. There’s a LOT of stuff for use, but it’s a bit hard to get to/find. Maybe some shelves to organize it would help. A minor thing, though! We had a great time here!

This property was so nice. Woke up every morning to a stunning view. Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. Very clean and has all the essentials you need. My kids and grandkids had a blast. We definitely will visit again for sure.

Wonderful location!

A wonderful property! The location was perfect with just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and also a back porch view of the sound. During our trip Tropical Storm Hannah made for double red flags at the beach--so no getting in the water a few days; however, we could still step out of the back our townhome and enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking, which was perfect. The pool was a nice alternative as well. Lovely setting and peaceful. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and just right for a medium to large group. I highly recommend it!

Last minute slam dunk.

We had some issues try to book a place for memorial day weekend. Other places keep canceling our reservations but the owner of this property, Claire, was more then happy to rent us her property. She was very polite and very patient with us and help us work through some technical difficulties we were having at the last minute. She was even kind enough to let us use their bikes, fishing equipment, and other toys.The house was very nice, properly one of the best places we have stayed at. The area was peaceful and all the neighbors were very nice. The view of the sound was great. Definitely would recommend booking her.
