we had a wonderful time staying there. only item was the entire complex was quite busy and the pool was so overburdened we didn't spend much time in there. the home was clean and neat and very well managed. we would go back again for sure.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the location perfect location for walking to the pool and all the bunk beds left a great experience for bonding with family and friends our kids loved gathering and sleeping on all the bunks great location plenty of room much enjoyed time as we came out for the AFA softball tournament the only thing I would opt for with such a large house we went through alot of trash having 20 people in the house additional trash bags should be provided we had to end up going out and purchasing some since we didn’t have enough provided for the stay

Soccer and baseball respite

We had a great time at the Ledges. The house was perfect for our families with plenty of space to hang out. The pools in the neighborhood were too cold to swim in and the hot tubs were over crowded. The house itself was warm and wonderful and we had a great stay.

Beautiful Property

This property is amazing. My family and I came down to have a mini reunion and this house provided everything we need. The beds are so comfortable. and toiletries were provided ( we stayed for 3 nights). The fact that this house was right next to the pool was a plus. The wifi was good and the management team were on top of things when we had questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you!

We had such an amazing time. I was so pleasantly surprised with the construction quality and items provided like shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices, etc. The rooms were perfect and it was so nice to be downstairs with all kids upstairs. The pool is literally steps away. We met the maintenance man Daniel and he was amazing. This townhouse was so clean and the linens are great quality. Everything was so comfortable, it felt like home. We can't wait to go back and are already talking about booking again in August! Thank you Ledges!

We like to attend shows at Tuacahn and this property fits our family's needs perfectly. It is clean and well-appointed. We cooked most of our meals in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen. The Olympics were on so we could gather in the living area as a group to watch events. The beds are comfortable and there is enough space for everyone. We used the laundry facilities. My only suggestion to improve would be to open the pool earlier. It doesn't open until 10 but the weather was warm enough for swimming much earlier than that. The customer service before and after our stay was superb. Katlin sent me pictures of what was in the kitchen so we could plan meals. Dan called to let us know a personal item was left behind after we checked out and quickly got it shipped to us. We had an issue come up while we were there and after a text to management, maintenance came to resolve things. It's those kinds of things that will keep us coming back. Giant family thanksgiving!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent thanksgiving at the Ledges with all of our extended family. A total of 21 people. The house was perfect! So many (comfy) beds, super clean and roomy Bathrooms, and so much room to spread out and play. The pool right next door was so much fun. Just 4 minutes from Snow Canyon state park and under ten minutes to restaurants, shops, grocery, movie theaters, etc. We used the kitchen to prep and eat thanksgiving dinner and they had almost everything we needed. We brought our own instant pot- but otherwise they had it all! There’s extra parking super close!
