5 minutes off the Great Ocean Rd with lots of bird and wild life
Kangaroos usually around the house early am & pm and yabbies and frogs in the dam

Lots of living space with a large kitchen/living area, with new air-conditioner, 2 TVs, a separate sitting and dining room which features a wood fire and great bush views
