Henderson dream one bedroom guest house

This spacious 1 bedroom apartment (guesthouse) provides everything you need for a super comfortable stay, as well being located 20 min drive away from Auckland CBD, 5 minutes drive away from motorway, 2 min walk from bus stop, and located near heaps of shops and many fabulous restaurants. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen , as well as having a little selection of tea and coffee that will be provided for you. The large deck provides a great place to sit and relax .

Double glazing and a heat pump provided for year round comfort.

Fully fenced section.

While we do live on site, the apartment is very private. We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can, but will also respect your privacy.

A Fabulous Place To Stay!

My son and I stayed for almost 2 weeks, and our stay with Tatiana was wonderful. The home was quiet, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a great location for easy travel around Auckland. Tatiana is a FABULOUS host!!

A great apartment with fabulous hosts

We loved the apartment and private deck. Tatiana is a fabulous host!! Without much notice, she rented to us a second time when another rental in downtown Auckland cancelled our reservation suddenly.
