Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Paradise Palms Resort.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

• POOL HEATER
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

We really loved our stay please receive those comment constructively need to update the kitchen tools need more than just one pan. Need new cisors. Should give more toilet paper we are 6 gilrs. Should display pool towel. Everything was nice overhall! Thank you good family memories!

Disney Vacation

This property was as advertised and pictured. Very large and clean. It was close to everything. Nice gated community with night patrols. Teens loved pool area and clubhouse. When we needed to ask questions or contact management someone answered phone immediately. I definitely recommend this property.

Paradise Palms is beautiful

The Paradise Palms community is lovely with lots of great amenities. The home we rented was not clean, had roaches, no wash cloths or kitchen towels provided & numerous items in need of repair. Called Management Company & left message as instructed & never received call back.

The house itself is very nice, updated, and welcoming. However Paradise Palms is a NIGHTMARE. Our car was broken into, they refused to issue us another parking pass, and the staff was incredibly rude (literally walked away in the middle of asking for help while rolling their eyes and wouldn’t come back until we left). I was told to add a second car I needed to call the number they gave me. I called EVERY SINGLE DAY and they did not add the other car, and then disabled our parking pass over having two cars. I will NEVER stay at a Paradise Palms property again.

Keeps the worries at home

Overall the experience was great, all vacation stay worries were taken out of it. The place was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend this to anyone.

Master bathtub/shower was clogged couldn't use it. Mini blinds were broken in living room. Sheets were stained. They provide 2 rolls of tissue, one extra trash bag, and 2 tablets for the dishwasher. The place overall was nice besides these issues.

Clean property near Disney

We enjoyed our stay at the Master’s property. It was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The gate code that was given was incorrect, which causes a bit of a hub bub since we drove in late. The staff at the neighborhood was very helpful in getting the correct code. Also, we only had 3 “make up” wash clothes for a family of 5. The only pillows on the beds had decorative shams. You probably want to bring your own pillows. All in all it was a safe clean place to stay. My youngest loved the “Mickey Room”.
