Pinetree Townhouse offers spacious and comfortable holiday accommodation for large family groups and pets in a sought after position of Terrigal. This bright and airy townhouse is just 500 metres from Terrigal beach and esplanade and is ideal for families and couple groups wanting an easy stroll to the sand or the lively esplanade, with its boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants. Pinetree Townhouse includes air conditioning, Foxtel, Netflix, Wi-Fi, a pool table, an outdoor entertaining space with BBQ and was recently refreshed with new furniture items, a new bathroom and plantation shutters throughout - perfect for letting in those fresh ocean breezes. Master bedroom with king bed, TV, walk-
in robes and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a single bed and a double bed, while bedroom 4 has two bunk beds. All bedrooms contain built-in robes.

A Family Gathering

Perfect place for the family to come together to relax and the snooker table was a hit with everyone. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. A perfect week!

Great Family Holiday

We were a large family and and found the accommodation spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the lounge/family room suited all our needs. We were within easy walking distance of the Bowling Club (great meals), the Main Street and the beach.

Excellent family getaway spot

Pinetree Townhouse exceeded our expectations with loads of space, large bedrooms, clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. Outside courtyard ideal for al fresco dining. Fenced small front yard ideal for family pooch.

We enjoyed our stay at PineTree. Had plenty of space for the 6 of us & the poole table is a bonus. Nice clean fresh property. It is hard to find dog friendly holiday accommodation so to be able to bring our family dog was fabulous! Thankyou.

Great location

Great location in Terrigal. Only a 5 min flat walk to the beach, in behind The Crown. Could walk back and forward throughout the day. Lots of beds. Beautiful new main bathroom. The only thing is that this place didn't have a WOW factor but that was reflected in the price. It was fine and a base but we didn't feel like we wanted to sit around the place. Weather was hot so a great excuse to be out in Terrigal and enjoy the beach.

Good condition but I wasn't given an alarm code and the alarm was meant to be disarmed but it wasn't so I had to wait at house while alarm was going off for about 20-30 min until someone came to turn it off. Not a big deal - I think maybe the cleaner was meant top leave it off. The house smelt musty so I had to open all windows before the guests arrived. Otherwise all good :)

Wonderful family break

Lovely beachy feel to the house, perfectly located just a couple of minutes stroll to the centre of everything Terrigal has to offer. Thoughtful inclusions such as tea and coffee sachets, dishwasher and laundry detergent, shampoos and soaps. Lots of fun had with the Pool Table and BBQs. The house was perfect for us a d would highly recommend for groups or family stays

It was a lovely townhouse and a very clean one too. Love the location, so close to the beach.

It was a great experience renting this townhouse. Such a beautiful little home and was still spacious enough to fit 10 people. The location is perfect and was walking distance to the beach and the shops/restaurants. Highly recommend.

This property was in a perfect location. Our stay was very enjoyable. Difficult to work out the taps in the en-suite in the shower.

Fun and Chillaxed

A Great place to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A great space for fun, particularly the pool table and lounge area. Was able to utilise the inside Dinning area and make use of the outside BBQ. Rooms were neat and well suited for a small group. Would definitely recommend for others and will be coming back next summer!
