With recently renovated living areas, Kohinoor Getaway is an excellent choice if you are looking for a well priced 3 bedroom family friendly holiday house. With a fully fenced rear yard including a large lawn area, the kids will enjoy the space to play (outdoor games included), while mum and dad relax on the back porch. With fully renovated kitchen complete with dishwasher, complimentary tea,coffee & sugar, full laundry facilities, plasma TV, DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning, BBQ facilities & outdoor setting, comfortable beds and linen supplied, we have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all you have to do is arrive and enjoy. There is also undercover off street parking for your vehicle.
Locality
Kingscote is a relaxed and friendly country town that boast great art & craft galleries, wineries and fishing from either a boat or from the local wharf. It is also a great starting point from which to take a drive to explore one of the many wonderful national parks that Kangaroo Island has to offer. Kohinoor Getaway is located about a 5 minute walk from the town centre where you will find the local hotels, banks, post office, resturants, supermarket and many local speciality shops ranging from hardware to clothing and much more in between.

We are a local born and bred couple who loves our Island home. We enjoy camping and the outdoors and love to be able to give guests the opportunity to experience the amazing things we do everyday.
Why they chose this property
Kohinoor Getaway is special to us. I was built by my father in law for his father and passed down to my husband after his grandfathers passing. My husband lived in the property for many years prior to us marrying and building our own home. We are slowly renovating the property to become a beautiful modern family home
