PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

No booking will be accepted if arrival are on major public holidays. ie if you wish to stay over Christmas you have to arrive pre 25th (same for Easter etc). This allows us to have a fair work/life balance.

This is not a party house. No gatherings/functions area allowed, if you try to have a function at our property your stay will be terminated.

PLEASE NOTE -You must enter 12 PEOPLE or more in the bookings field to have the full 6 bedrooms supplied (The entire property), even if you have 6 or 8 people staying, but all wish their own rooms. Less than this amount you will receive the main house and pool pavilion.

MAIN HOUSE (BEDROOMS 1, 2 AND 3)
Spacious Loft bedroom with 1 x King Bed, private lounge area with common bathroom Bathroom

Bedroom 2 lower level main house - 1 x Queen Bed, 1 set of Bunks (top and bottom single, bunks are only suitable for children and are not designed or supplied for adult use) joint/shared bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 lower level main house - 1 x Queen Bed, 1 set of Bunks (top single, bottom double, bunks are designed/supplied for children only, they are not for adult use, please take this into consideration when booking our property to ensure the bedding configuration will suit your group)

POOL PAVILION ROOM (BEDROOM 4)
- 1 x King (four poster) Bed and spacious bathroom with shower and free standing bath tub.

OCEAN VIEW VILLA WITH 2 LARGE BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS (BEDROOM 5 AND 6)
Room 1 king bedroom with own bathroom
Room 2 king bedroom and one fold out queen size sofa bed with own bathroom

Christmas/ new year 7 nights. Easter / sept Oct school holidays 5 to 7 nights unless otherwise indicated (for example if only 3 or 4 nights are available then a shorter will be accepted)

Please note if you or someone in your group has mobility issue (ie bad hip etc) our house May not be suitable. Please enquiry and ask for additional details before booking.

Cancellation Policy
bookings taken from the 1st May 2020 - we offer a full Credit, transfer of booking or a refund if your cancellation is due to COVID-19 restrictions (ie government restriction, For example if you live in Vic and not allow to travel to Qld).
Outside of this our policy is the same as it has been for the last 15year, we do not offer a refund on a deposit if you simply change your mind and/or you can’t make the booking, However we are more than happy to transfer your booking to another time free of charge (like for like booking) 30days notice required.
