Lochanside Estate Berrima

Lochanside Estate, in the quaint township of Berrima in New South Wales. While you are visiting the Southern Highlands, come and visit our bed and breakfast and self contained apartments, where you will be treated to comfort and relaxation in a beautiful atmosphere, just 5 minutes from the heart of Bowral.

Lochanside Bed and Breakfast is located in a very easy to find location only a one minute drive north of Berrima, and just off the Old Hume Highway.

Our Australian colonial home is surrounded by 5 tree lined acres. Take a stroll around our beautiful gardens and be amazed at what each season brings... sit by the pond and see the wild ducks that visit daily.

The Cottage Room (suits 1 couple)

The Cottage Room is separate to the main house and is a very spacious room with a large ensuite. It has microwave, kettle, toaster, single hotplate and mini fridge. (self contained)

The room is tastefully decorated and all bath and bed linen is supplied.

Guests will be provided with a simple continental breakfast hamper containing breads, muffins, cereals, juices and an assortment of jams and spreads. Bacon and eggs are also provided should you wish to cook your breakfast in your room.

Peaceful place

We have stayed here a couple of times to attend weddings close by. The property is on a property with beautiful gardens, very quiet and peaceful yet only minutes to Bowral . Highly recommend a stay

The room was absolutely beautiful. Quite big and cosy at the same time. Had everything we needed. Very close to Berrima and not far from Bowral. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable, sheets, blankets and pillows were amazing. Lindy the host was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Just Wonderful

Our host Lindy was lovely and welcoming on our arrival. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable with every amenity provided. She also provided us with a wonderful assortment of Breakfast goodies including fresh farm eggs and bacon. The property is stunning and very peaceful. The perfect Southern Highlands retreat

Stayed overnight to attend a wedding at Bendooley Estate, and Lochanside Estate was equally as beautiful. Everything was as described and Lindy was a great hands off host. The small touches of fresh lavender in the kitchenette and fresh eggs were lovely. Super clean and had everything you need for a short stay. My only regret is not staying longer! Loved opening the blinds and seeing birds and a pony feeding out of the windows in the morning: Highly recommend for short or longer stays in the Southern Highlands..

This cottage is very spacious for a couple who need a weekend getaway. It has everything that you would need & the shower is great. It was very convenient as we attended a wedding & reception nearby. Highly recommend.

2 day stay at Lochanside Berrima

Property clean and well prepared and stocked.Room large quite cold and we did not cook the eggs and bacon provided as the room would have been smelly (no exhaust fans and windows did not want to open.External appearance is very different to reality and is quite run down the photograph has to be very old indeed.last time we stayed there we cooked on the house verandah and stayed in the house.Nonetheless it was a pleasant stay.BTW door was very hard to open and the 14 cm drop from bathroom to bedroom floor a constant issue for a person with disability like myself
