The location is ideal as it is also conveniently located just a couple of miles from Saratoga Race Course, the Casino and downtown Saratoga Springs and a short drive to Lake George and the Adirondacks.

Spacious 5 bedroom house with gourmet kitchen, sunroom, back porch complete with rocking chairs and a hammock under the shady trees. Walk down the hill to our neighborhood beach for swimming, playing and lounging.

Perfection!
