The space
Two-storey villa with 5 bedrooms is located in the gated complex Laguna Home. Overlooking the lake and golf course. In close proximity to Bangtao and Layan Beach. The entire infrastructure of the Lagoon is accessible to guests, while the Boat Avenue is 2.5 km away.

Layout: Living room, combined with a dining area and kitchen, and has direct access to the pool. Equipped with upholstered furniture, coffee table, TV area and dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: refrigerator, gas stove, range hood, oven, dishes, set of cutlery, kettle, microwave, washing machine.

Four bedrooms are equipped with double beds, one bedroom with a single bed. Each has a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a work desk, one bedroom is decorated in a feminine style. The master bedroom has a large dressing area.

Around the perimeter of the second floor is a balcony with panoramic views.

Bangtao and Layan Beach is 3 km away and 5 minutes away by private transport. The beach is perfect for families with children: a shady beach and a gentle entry into the sea. The length is 9 km, you can always find a secluded place to relax.
