This is a unique villa on the southern slope of Layan with a beautiful view through the valley to the sea. Spaciously surrounded by 5 individual luxury villas, which are equipped with a 24-hour security and locking service. The property has a pool and a wonderful landscaped garden, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Phuket. Restaurants serving regional and international cuisine are just a 2-minute drive away. Various golf clubs can also be reached in a few minutes.
This villa has 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom + shower, dining areas inside and outside, a very spacious living room with flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine with dryer is also available. WiFi and parking spaces on the secured property are included in the price.
The services of a private chef, housekeeper, chauffeur and shuttle service from the airport, 13 km away, can also be used on request.
Since the owners temporarily used the villa as a second seat, it is well maintained and ideal for spending an unforgettable time.
