Hamptons Escape - Magnificent views

Hamptons Escape is a stunning architecturally designed house that maximises the magnificent views where country meets the sea and is now available for your enjoyment. The property has been artistically and thoughtfully appointed.

The upstairs bedroom with Queen-size bed opens onto a Juliet balcony with views of Seven Mile Beach and adjacent is a lounge room with balcony onto the Pacific Ocean. Downstairs, the master bedroom contains a Queen-size bed, with ensuite fitted with a spa bath.

This master room contains bi-fold doors opening out onto the Pacific Ocean. The 3rd bedroom contains a Queen-size bed with French doors opening to a large front verandah, and the 4th bedroom offers two single beds which can also be combined as a King-size bed. The living room flows to the deck, which steps down to the oceanfront reserve. This area comprises an open plan kitchen living and dining area, which faces out to the sea and the headland.

The kitchen and outdoor barbeque offers an opportunity for the gourmet chef. The upstairs lounge and deck have sensational 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Blackrock Point. Both spaces provide a wonderful viewing point for the whale migration and the frequent sighting of playful dolphins. The front verandah steps down to a lawn and garden. A day bed provides an area for the holiday reader to relax in a tranquil landscaped garden setting.

Very nice home but missing few things

We all LOVED the house and the view is absolutely spectacular. However you will enjoy your holiday a little more if you bring shower gel, shampoo/conditioner (we had one shower gel in one bathroom), also good if you bring tissues and paper towels, pantry is hit and miss, some very surprising items but some basics ie vinegar, plain olive oil missing. Our main bedroom had issues with the lighting, ie no light, so had to use lamp from elsewhere. Someone was meant to address this but no one showed. We stayed 4 nights and ran out of toilet paper after three nights...(so may be pack that little emergency roll) . Anyone going there is hopefully just wanting to really relax and not think of work as internet was basically not working, also no streaming of tv channels. This was actually very upsetting as some one had to work from there and had to go to local library to do so. All the missing items could be so easily supplied by the owner and make this then an upmost happy experience for their guests and a very small cost, as the price was definitely on the higher end for this property. (and may be couches need a good steam clean please) The house is however very suitable for a larger family gathering.

Great house in a great location

Our group had a fabulous stay at this beautiful property. Lots of room for a group to relax and enjoy. We particularly liked the fire, there was plenty of firewood stacked for use which we really appreciated on a cold weekend.

A perfect home to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with our bridal partyy

This is a beautiful high end property in a fabulous location - perfect for special occasions. It looks straight on to the Pacific Ocean. The house is very well stocked - it had everything we needed . The furniture and fittings are well cared for and maintained. This was a very special weekend with old friends in a gorgeous home. We will definitely return. Highly recommended

We were blown away as soon as we opened the door. Not only was the house impressive, but the view of the water was amazing! I would come back to this place for sure. I especially loved the room on the 2nd level overlooking the water - it was perfect for reading a book and enjoying the view. Wonderful stay.

Perfect house in a perfect location in Geroa. Uninterrupted ocean views. Very well equipped property, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great vantage point for whale watching from the deck. Close to Gerringong and Berry for plenty of options for cafes and restaurants and shopping.

The perfect weekend escape

What a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed for 3 nights, but would have loved to stay for 3 weeks!! The house is beautifully furnished with a luxurious feel. However....the view.... what an amazing view and play area for the kids. Sitting on the back verandah enjoying the view was just breathtaking. As guests we felt everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back to stay at this gem in Gerroa.

Heaven by the sea

From the moment we entered the property we were so impressed! The house is absolutely gorgeous with every small detail considered. The cleaners do a fabulous job preparing the house between guests. So many divine and interesting decorator details. Perfect layout for our group also. Only small suggestion is to update DVD Collection as most cases are empty and those discs that are there don't play as they are cheap copies. 3 days away felt like 3 weeks!!! Love Gerroa and loved staying at Hamptons Hideaway!

Luxury Overlooking the Ocean

This was a great getaway for a family of 7. We booked for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and there was a great space for all ages to relax and unwind. The kids loved it as did the men and women. There were lots of board games for when we retreated indoors at night after fishing, going for long tourist drives during the day (this was a great location to access other towns from) and playing ball games in the back yard overlooking the magnificent ocean! Kitchen was also well equipped to cook up the fish that we caught earlier in the day and dish up a great meal for the family.The beds and the rooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious and the interior decorating is brilliant. And the is nothing better than being lulled to sleep to the sound of the ocean and the waves crashing onto the shore. Would definitely book again in the future!

Perfect size house to eat, sleep and repeat!! Enjoy the spectacular sun rise, go fishing, take long walks, cook up a storm in the amazing kitchen, read lots of books, what the ever changing ocean view. Very clean, and well planned house with a zone for everyone.

What a beautiful house & location. Great facilities in the house, furnishing were great too. We were a group of 8 women and it suited us perfectly. Only negative would be the water pressure in the shower, just a trickle which was a shame other than that would definately recommend this lovely house with amazing views
