Just like home

Lovely high ceilings, some minor patch jobs and paintwork being undertaken as all historic houses require, but is very clean and has everything you may need. We stayed with 4 kids and enjoyed a barbecue one night and tacos the nextboardgames! It's close to towto most things.

The house is lovely, and communication was efficient and helpful. The little personal touches did not go unnoticed and as a host and home we cannot complain. Location was perfect for our purposes, and really well equipped. Thanks for having us!

Love the cosyness, location and walking distance to central Hamilton. Was surprised with pantry supplies and nice touch with breakfast cearal and fresh bread. Lovely house.

Needs some maintenance

Property was close to town and in a quiet area. Lots of space, comfy beds and great heating. Some maintenance needed in twin bedroom with rags stuck in window it seems to keep out the breeze, black stains near the window areas of this room and a wonky power plug. In the laundry a cupboard contained a heap of old clothes and there only no products out in bathroom. One towel out per person with only one hand towel for the house. Half painted areas around house. We were very surprised that Stayz had this listed. We were disappointed.

Great long weekend stay

Beautiful house in Hamilton

Thanks Steven, we had a lovely stay in your house. It has beautiful period features and is in a good spot, an easy walk to town. The kitchen has everything you might need and the spa bath was great for the kids as the weather was hot.Beds were comfy and we had plenty of space.

Was a great halfway point to meet our friends from Melbourne (we travelled from Adelaide). Outside is neat but a bit weathered. Inside was pristine. Beds very comfortable, excellent kitchen facilities. Would recommend 👍👍
