My wife (Fiona) and I (Dave) are both English and came to the US in the early 80's. We have three grown children who all attended Indiana University. (Ouch! out of state tuition )
We now split our time between Calabasas, Cabo and the UK. So, if we're not here, It's ready for you and your Family.

What makes this property unique

If you don't know the area Calabasas is located approx 8 miles inland from the Ocean at the midway point between Santa Monica and Malibu. We are 2 miles from the 101fwy which runs from Los Angeles (20m) to Santa Barbara (60m) and beyond. Universal Studio is on the 101fwy just 11m away.
