M22 Rentals would like to welcome you to one of our premier vacation homes. This newly remodeled Frankfort home includes 5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, new appliances and furnishings for up to 14 guests to enjoy.

The tree lined residential streets provide a peaceful walk; Beach (3 blocks), Main street (2 blocks).

The covered front porch offers a shady retreat to enjoy coffee and relax, while the backyard includes a sun-filled patio, gas grill, picnic table, and a yard to enjoy outdoor games.

Leelanau Landing is a fantastic home located in the heart of Frankfort. The 2400+ sq. ft., two-story home includes 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom on the main floor with an additional 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom on the second floor. The half bath and laundry (full size washer and dryer) are located on the lower level (walk out).

The beautiful maple and cherry hardwood floors in the living room exhibit the original unique design in a relaxed setting with a large screen TV.

Additionally, the first floor offers:
> Bedroom (Queen)
> Full bathroom
> Dining room (table with seating for 8)
> Large kitchen with island counter, plus a table with seating for 4
> New appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher)
> Sunroom with a sleeper sofa (Queen) that is perfect retreat to enjoy the cool breeze on a summer night.

The spacious second floor is enhanced by the cathedral ceilings and wood floors.

Bedroom 2: (King) includes a convenient access to Bedroom 4 if required. Perfect for keeping younger guests close.

Bedroom 3: (Queen)

Bedroom 4: (Bunk/Trundle Bed) is accessible directly from the hall and/or through Bedroom 2. The bunk/trundle bed includes a single bed on the top bunk, a full bed on the bottom bunk and a single trundle, providing sleep accommodations for up to 4 guests. Please note that the railing on the top bunk is not extendable (height) and would not be recommended for very young guests or active sleepers.

Bedroom 5/Great Room: (2 Twins) is a combination bedroom/great room. The room is so large, it is furnished to serve as a bonus great room as well. A table (seating for 6) to enjoy games or puzzles and a large sectional sofa provide the perfect spot to just hang out or enjoy your favorite TV shows. The high ceilings and multiple windows make this one of the brightest spots of the house.

Additionally, the second floor offers:
> Ceiling fans in all bedrooms (except the bunk room due to height of bunk and safety of younger guests)
> Full bathroom with a bathtub

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
Guests will be provided a 4-digit code prior to arrival which will be programmed for access during their stay; providing keyless entry in/out.

Additional Information/Guidelines:
From Labor Day thru Memorial Day: 4-night minimum stay is required.
From Memorial Day thru Labor Day: 7-night minimum stay is required.

Check In: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out: 9:00 a.m.

Parking: Primary parking (up to 4 cars) is accessible from Harbor Street (with rear access to house). Additional street parking is available on Leelanau Avenue (with front access to house).

Garbage/Recycling: Weekly garbage service is provided curbside.
Recycling is available through a central recycle station located near the Frankfort City Boat Launch.

Pets: Pets are not permitted.

Smoking/Vaping not permitted property.

Parties/Special events are not permitted.

Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years of age

Fires: Open wood burning is not permitted inside (fireplace) or outside home due to health restrictions of a neighbor. Any violation of this regulation will incur a $500 penalty.

We require that all guests comply with the neighborhood guidelines established by the City of Frankfort as published in the Frankfort Good Neighbor Guide. A copy will be provided in the home.
