7 Modernized Cozy Cabins Together On The Platte River!
We are the only hotel accommodations with 4+ acres of riverfront on the Platte River. You get 7 cabins all together for your group to stay together and make memories!
We have 7 cabins available with a total of 13 beds. It’s a great location for a family gathering, wedding, group outing, or just hangingout with friends.
The rental is for all cabins together only. We do not rent individual cabins with this vacation rental advertisement.
Cabins come with free WiFi, cable TV, and firewood.
Cabins were built in the 1920s. They have been updated to today’s standards. Everyone will have all the hot water and water pressure they need. Each unit has a modernized bathroom.
The property is barrier sprayed for flies and mosquitos so you're not carried away when you are enjoying the grounds.
Most of our vacationers are return customers year after year. We have had to do very little advertising due to word of mouth.
The Platte River is know for its lazy lower river. It’s the best tubing destination around. Crystal clear water and tons of fun!
Each cabin includes refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Please bring any linens you will need. Towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows.
Please bring any cooking and eating utensils you may need.
We like to make sure your group vacation is a great one. We will help guide you to the best food, entertainment, sunsets, ice cream, etc.
No cleaning fee included.
We ask that you clean up after yourselves. Dumpsters for trash are provided. Brooms and dustpans are in each cabin along with extra trash bags.
Cleaning fee of $400 will be assessed for cleaning if necessary.
Please contact us for availability. We are a small resort and fill up fast. Be sure to get your reservation for the entire resort early in the season.

We are a family owned and operated resort located right on the main road between all major attractions in northern Michigan. Traverse and Frankfort are both within 25 minutes drive, as well as Empire, Lake Ann, Copemish, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Lake Michigan just to name a few!
We have 4 acres with river frontage and a dock for easy access, as well as multiple fire pits around the property. .
