Marvelous loft, fully refurbished and furnished. The building original style is from 1942. Quiet, sun and light all day long. Has living-room, one bedroom, desk-studying area, modern full bathroom, a large kitchen-dining room and a patio deck with small trees and plants, facing back of the building.
Very comfortable space. Has a very functional layout, with three different floor levels: The kitchen and dining area, the living-room aerea and the desk-studyng area. With double heigth ceiling in most of the space area. The bedroom is over the living-room area with a large closet. A confortable, and modern bathroom, with bathtub, and a large window.
Has a small patio deck with trees and plants, facing back of the building.
TV 32", WiFi Internet, refrigerator, air conditioning and heating. Modern furniture. Towels and linens.
