Large 4-bedroom house beside NZ bush. Located in the leafy & beautiful suburb of Titirangi. 30 mins from AKL Airport, 25 mins to Auckland city.

2 mins walk to Titirangi cafés, shops, art gallery, boutique cinema. Close to the sea, Waitakere Ranges, West Coast beaches, Piha Beach.

Unlimited Wi-Fi, secure on-site car parks, a well-equipped kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, heaters, TV & a hot tub.

Beds are a Queen Bed, two Double Beds & a King Single Bed.

THE PROPERTY:
This spacious 4-bedroom home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Auckland. Perfect for groups of up to 7 guests.

The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed.
Bedroom #2 has a king single.
Bedroom #3 has a double bed.
Bedroom #4 has a double bed.

There are 2 bathrooms—an ensuite with a shower off the master bedroom and a main bathroom with a full bath.

Well-equipped kitchen, secure on-site car parks, and a beautiful private deck complete with a hot tub and outdoor dining area.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Titirangi is a lovely green suburb of Auckland surrounded by native New Zealand trees and birds. It has a cute town centre with shops and cafes.
Waitakere area is known for bushwalks, beautiful beaches, West Auckland vineyards and wineries and West Coast black sand beaches.

Waitakere ranges are perfect for outdoor explorers and hikers, as it offers a huge amount of beautiful bushwalks​ for hiking and tramping.
The tiny home is 5 minutes' walk away from a small supermarket, various cafes, little shops, bus stops, library, Lopdell House (art gallery, small cinema).

Terrific Tiny House!

My stay in the Tiny House was fantastic! The property was very clean & had everything I needed for the week that I was visiting New Zealand. The property owner, Tonya, and her family are very friendly & greeted me when I arrived for my stay. It was very quiet there as well & I slept very well in the comfortable bed. The house is fairly new, so everything was in good shape & modern. I especially liked the large shower that had good water pressure & got very hot! I would highly recommend the Tiny House to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay while traveling in New Zealand or visiting Titirangi!

Cabin review

Nice little cabin, everything clean and in good condition. The only issue is condensation due to the airtight construction which necessitates opening the windows in the morning. I think a small dehumidifier would be a good idea to do its work when you go out. Location is very handy to Titirangi Village, easy 5 min walk.

Fabulous Overall

Fabulous wee cottage in great location. The TV on the wall was in my opinion in the wrong position, I kept bumping into it when shuffling around the bed to the bathroom. (The only issue lol) The owners living on site, advised us if we needed any attention, they were there to help.... we did not need their help, until I had left a personal item behind, of which was swiftly couriered by them to our home address.... We will be seeking this accommodation again very soon.

Nikau Tiny House

The tiny house is stylish, immaculate, well equipped and handy to local shops, cafes etc. I would have appreciated a couple more towels and tea towels. And please sort the key, I wasted half an hour of my life struggling with it!
