Where is Hayborough? Centrally located between Victor Harbor and Port Elliot. Offering easy access to safe swimming beaches, bike and walking tracks along the foreshore.

The house

Modern house comprising; 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen with dishwasher, separate laundry, enclosed back yard, garage and outdoor entertaining area, fully ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning plus additional bedroom fans. Two queen beds, king single with trundle bed and four bunks sleeping ten.

Accommodates 10 guests.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom (separate toilet close to living area). The second bedroom, upstairs, has a king single bed with trundle.

The third bedroom, downstairs, has a queen size bed and is next to the fourth bedroom which has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). A separate bathroom, including bath, and toilet is downstairs.

The upstairs kitchen, living area and balcony offer stunning sea view towards Chiton Rocks and Port Elliot.

Downstairs there is a second lounge room suitable for the kids, undercover outdoor entertainment area and BBQ facilities.

There's room for a game of cricket in the backyard.

A portacot it is available for use.

Please note that Cloudbreak IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE DURING SCHOOLIES and the person booking must be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the property. A higher bond applies for those booking who are under 30 years of age.
