This two bedroom ground floor apartment is fully furnished and features all the creature comforts to make your holiday truly relaxing. With pin code access to the property there's none of the hassle of picking up and dropping off keys giving you flexibility to arrive outside business hours and come and go as you please! Modern conveniences ensure a comfortable and clean stay including flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, high chair, portacot, communal laundry and clothes line, off street undercover parking, BBQ facilities plus split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool. There are even board games and a selection of beach toys to keep the kids entertained!
Step outside and along the coastal track to the town centre or stay in and cook in the modern kitchen featuring dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, 4 cooker stove top, oven, microwave, quality Scanpan cookware and dining facilities for six.

Great Place to stay

I stayed in this exact holiday until when I was a child, 35 years later I’m here again with my family. Apart from the renovation inside the unit, everything is the same. It’s literally minutes from the beach located in a quiet area but minutes from everything.

Great location!

We stayed with our daughter and two of her friends for her 12th birthday. The apartment is so close to the beach and only a short drive to Jamberoo Action Park. The Little Blowhole is just around the corner and was great for the kids to watch! All in all a great little apartment to stay in. We would book again without hesitation. Thank you Margie!

Fantastic location however needs a facelift

We stayed 2 nights over the weekend. The property is located next to a beautiful beach or a stunning walk along the coastal track to the shops. Pros: - Location - Bathroom - TV Cons: - Cleanliness. Property needs an overall clean. We found cobwebs and two cockroaches. Windows need a clean. Curtains and wooden blinds need a clean. Place has musty smell. - Kettle needs replacing. It is all yellow inside. - Stove and oven need a good clean. - Kitchen facilities very poor. For example maybe add a fry pan. - Microwave needs a deep clean. - Silver fan in second bedroom is full of dust so I could not turn it on. - Communication between the owner was poor. Two weeks before we had to check in, I emailed and left a voicemail with the owner as I was concerned about Sydney going into lockdown and needed to confirm if we could change dates. No response from owner. I would not recommend this place for any longer than a night or two.

Property needs a good deep clean

Property needs a really good clean lots of stains on couch and there was sand in the top bunks on arrival. Tea towels provided where stained and no cloths supplied to clean dishes only a scrub brush which had a couple of hairs in it. Kitchen draws very dirty. For the price payed was pretty disappointed. Pros -Location was good. And tv had Netflix

Exactly what we needed

Perfectly adequate for our family holiday. 50m walk to the beach was fantastic for young kids at the end of a day and there weren't accessible ornaments in the unit to worry about them breaking. One more pot in the kitchen would have been helpful but everything else was ample compared to some places we've stayed. Nice to have knives that worked.

All that you need with the beach on your doorstep

This property is all that you need and expect for the price point .. what we really cared about was the close access to Kendall’s and Surf beach and an easy walk into town or up the hill to Manning st for fish and Chips or a great coffee. It is basic , but everything you need for a relaxing beach stay is there . Fans in each room was good and we enjoyed the board games provided.

Great location, property a little tired

We stayed 2 units over previously and wanted to come back to this great spot. The property is close to a wonderful beach and a pretty walk into Kiama or south to take the coastal walk. Inside the pros are a nice bathroom, comfortable lounge with Netflix on the tv (we had some bad weather so appreciated this) and wifi. The kitchen is however quite tired and poorly equipped with a hodgepodge of equipment available, quite minimal really for a holiday rental. There was also rubbish and an old sock under the sofa and cushions which wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately the end was soured as our baby was sleeping at checkout time (10am) so we packed everything up ready to go and left her resting while we waited outside, but at 10.15 received some very rude and sour exchanges from I suppose the cleaner who was disgruntled that we hadn’t evacuated. Love the area but probably wouldn’t choose this particular property again unless the price was significantly less.
