Nearly 2000 ft.² with extra large bedrooms you and your family or multiple families will fit comfortably with accommodations for nine. The downstairs is a living space that is both formal and comfortable. The upstairs is resters retreat with large bedrooms new beds, linens and towels.
The backyard is tree covered and has a swing for the adults, a play scape for kids and an outdoor dining table on an oversized patio.

Perfect for our family

Over all, our stay at this property was great and we'd definitely return! We loved being able to spread out in this home and enjoy Austin. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids and the grown-ups slept well too. The place was cozy and inviting. There are a few things that could us some updating (carpeting, master bath shower stall and sinks), but overall this property was well maintained and the owner Aaron was reponsive to our questions. We really weren't lacking for anything I can think of! Plenty of towels, toiletries, and blankets for snuggling on the couch. We came in the Spring and used both the air and heat and everything worked great. The back yard was great for letting the kids run off some energy and for dining al fresco. Our kids are already asking when we can come back!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay! Location was great and easily accessible to family in the Cedar Park and Leander areas. Very kid friendly and plenty of space for our family to have a home base while visiting. My son is already asking when we are staying again!

I wouldn’t stay here again

Beds were very uncomfortable. Probably a very firm. Spouse actually slept on the couch as it was more comfortable. Carpet could use a good cleaning or even better, replaced. No kitchen towels or bathroom washcloths but mgmt co did have some delivered Bath towels in closet were not dry - had to put through the dryer twice to get dry. Anything put through the dryer needed at least two cycles. Moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Dirty bathroom rugs- maybe they need replaced? Beds for 9, couch for 4 was the only place to “lounge” upstairs shared bath - shower curtain bars needs replaced(maint showed up and did this) - hand towel bar came off wall(maint came and fixed) - Linoleum is coming up Lots of cleaning supplies and toiletries provided. Mgmt company was quick to respond to any and all inquiries but I wouldn’t stay here again. This house needs a good deep clean. Walls & molding need cleaned and painted. Trash can on back porch was full of empty beer cans.
