Casa Boutique del Lago
The house has 4 bedrooms. 3 of them on the first floor, each with a private bathroom and a large closet. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have a full bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The master suite, has a king size bed, located on the second floor, it has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. The master suite also has a large balcony with table, umbrella and chairs, overlooking the lake and golf course. The house has southern exposure, large windows, and great views of the lake.
High quality linens, furniture and kitchen accessories to make a feast or just snacks for the family. We hace a water purifier for drinking and cooking water.
The kitchen is equipped with many accessories and some spices, coffee, tea and sugar. The living room, dining room, reading area, are have access and view to the lake. The laundry patio has a full washer and dryer. One of the bedrooms is located in the patio it has a private bathroom and independent access.
The front yard has a 1 space carport. There is room next to the carport for a second vehicle.
The home is on a the cul de sac, the street is very quiet and perfect for morning walks.
The backyard faces the lake and has direct access to the lake, just a few steps to make your feet wet! There are 2 kayaks and a row boat on the property, and all sizes of life jackets, fishing is permitted as long as it is done from the property. Swimming of the back yard is refreshing all year. Gas motors are not allowed in the lake.
In this high end community, maintenance of common areas is impeccable and security systems are constantly updated. All new construction has to follow a strict building code that includes the outside design in a modern colonial style; bricks, stone, wood a white stucco is required so that there is a community feel to the neighborhood.
San Gil is one of the safest and most beautiful places to live and to spend your holidays or just a romantic weekend. Close to Bombardier, Arkansas State University and other important industries and corporations. Also close to wineries, Queretaro, San Miguel de Allende and the very charming town of Bernal and many historical sites.
Wineries nearby offer very fun and interesting tours of their facilities. Santiago de Querétaro is a beautiful Colonial city, that has amazing history, fun museums, great restaurants, beautiful wineries, amazing breweries, just a 30 minute drive from the house. Why they chose this property
I bought this house when it was not finished and abandoned. I did not have to see the interior of the house to fall in love with the location and the promising future of this property. I just returned from Greece when I started the remodeling and redesigning work that became an act of love, as the house needed much more work than expected. This home has become one of my favorite places to relax and enjoy the sound of birds, the water views, the peaceful location. Whoever walks in inevitably falls in love with this unique place, the lake is the heart of the house and the decor invites to enjoy life and relax!
What makes this property unique
Located directly on the lake, comfort, privacy. Definitely the best location of San Gil; main gate right on 45 highway, making it easy to get to the most important cities in central Mexico. Southern exposure, large windows and the best view you can imagine. No need to have AC or heat! Weather is mild all year round, warm summers, easy winters! And most of all plenty of daylight all year round. Safe location, walking distance to all you need.
