This is an Amazing Family Resort right outside of Cancun in Isla Mujeres. **The Listing Price is for a 1 Bedroom. Price reduces for Studio Unit and increases for larger Unit Sizes.** There are Studio Rooms(1 Queen bed/1 bath) Microwave and fully stocked Wet Bar. 1 Bdrm/2 Bath Suites: Huge 1 bedroom with a King size bed and a Living room with a Murphy bed, a 2 Bdrm /3 Bath. Each Suite includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, Flat screen tv’s, 2 full bath, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, large private balcony with hammock, lounge chairs, and table for dining outside. All linens, dishes, cookware, utensils, and silverware is included. You can stay on the property and enjoy the pools, outdoor jacuzzis, 4 Five-star restaurants, dine by the pools, lay on the private beach with non motorized sports included in stay. There is also a fully staffed Kids club by the pool for 12yrs old and younger during the day. *You have the option of adding an All-Inclusive plan to your stay directly from the Resort after you receive your confirmation for an extra fee.* The Resort Concierge offers Airport Transportation for your Arriving and Departing flights. There is a car service at the Front Desk Concierge for all guests who wish to visit from the front the City of Cancun. Resort offers multiple activities for all members of the family. For those wanting to visit Isla Mujeres, there is a Ferry Launch is right outside of the Resort within a 5 minute walk. It is a great way to spend a day! Please specify which room you would like. Price for Studio and Two bedroom prices upon request. Please, do not agree to the 90 minute tour. They have a Timeshare team on the property. You can always tell them “No thank you.”, and enjoy your vacation.

This is the second time we were at this property. The first time was amazing but this time was not and we won't be back. Not only is the property in need of major upkeep (the AC wasn't working for the last two days, no water pressure) but they treated us like garbage after we we went to a "90 minute" presentation (that actually took almost 4 hours!) and didn't buy the vacation package. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. DO NOT GO TO THE PRESENTATIONS! The property owner was sorry for this and did apologize. It was not his fault. The fault is the poor management of Villa del Palmar.
