Located 1.5 miles from the center of town and UM, this peaceful setting is central to the action & accesses local parks. The house is a midcentury modern ranch home. Set back from the street among trees and overlooking a nature reserve, you will feel private and peaceful. Yet, Kerrytown and the Farmer's Market are a 7-minute bus ride or 20-minute walk.

About the interior:
- Large, open living room + dining room in a huge space looking out floor-to-ceiling windows into the woods. Gas fireplace will keep you cozy. Large dining table will fit up to 12.
- Newly rennovated kitchen with room for many cooks! Top of the line appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, stand mixer, chest freezer, french door refridgerator) and plenty of storage in this well-stocked kitchen.
- Family room has a large sectional couch that can easily fit 8. The "TV" in our home is a 120" projection screen and Apple TV + cable.
- Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Queen sized bed and ample closet space.
