Brand new Listing ! This beautiful recently renovated 5 bed /3 bath villa, With a beautiful pool and deck has a stunning rear outlook overlooking fantastic lake and conservation area.

There was a new pool heater and new pool surface installed during early 2018 There are 5 large bedrooms one large master with en-suite then beach themed queen bedroom with en-suite then two twin bedrooms and another queen bedroom and a large family / dinning room with breakfast nook. The living room steps onto the pool deck and one of the master bathroom also has pool deck access. The bright kitchen also has a breakfast area. with upgraded LED Smart HDTV’s in all rooms. Main living area has cable tv too

First Generational Family Vacation

The home was well equipped for a busy generational family-pool toys, strollers, grab n go bed, books, games , pool table and a swimming pool which was well used once the heater was turned on. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Close to the theme parks, attractions ,shopping and amenities. We enjoyed our 1st time experience with VRBO and would recommend them and this location in particular. We had a great family vacation.

Sandy Ridge VRBO

This was a very good place to stay with a family. there was a high chair available and 3 bathrooms which for our group was great. The only things I would say is that by the time the pool heated up it was our last day there and that we paid for the initial few days to heat the pool and that the cleaning staff must be taking out all the things such as spices, storage containers and things that one would like to have when flying into an area instead of having to shop for these basics. Most places I have rented have pretty well stocked basics- toilet paper, paper towels, spices, food wraps and containers and such. At any rate we had a great time there and thank the hosts very much.

This home was immaculate. Very clean, it was exactly how they presented it to be. Had plenty of cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes and all, I could go on but I want. Thank you all for making our family vacation a great one. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Restful retreat.

Month was relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful Florida weather. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and rather salty price to heat. That was disappointing. Grill is not provided. But you can rent one for $70 per week. The pool patio was in bad need for a cleaning. All in all we had a good time and would come again.

Vacation

Our stay was exactly as advertised. Family arrived in two different groups so we had lots of room as everyone wasn’t here at the same time. We cooked most of our meals at the house. We emailed earlier and a high chair was available for our use. The pool was great but wish we would have known earlier about the pool cover. Once we got the cover on the pool it heated up great as we had paid extra to heat the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Left a little to be desired

Generally speaking not a bad house and neighborhood. A couple of things detracted from our overall enjoyable stay. Quite a few items were in broken and had obviously been that way for some time. For example the bottom shelf of the fridge was unusable, had been superficially taped back in place, but so broken that we had to remove it entirely for the duration of our stay. The coat rack on the wall by the front door had previously been ripped off and simply replaced, leaving it unsecured and unsafe. We took it down for our week stay. We did not ask the property managers to fix anything while we were there, but wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be made responsible for anything that we found broken. However we would hope these things are resolved for the next guests,

Nice house on a quiet street

My family & i had a great time at this location. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Although i was very surprised seeing 2 black bears walking around the house across the street on one of our nights.

Great location

Had an amazing week and the property was exactly as we expected! It was close to EVERYTHING we were doing (even though Orlando traffic is horrific-it had no bearing on the property). The house was in a very nice neighborhood and lots of close amenities (Publix, Aldi, Dunkin, Dollar General, etc). The pool was great! House was exceptionally clean! Plenty of room for us and all 3 teenagers-no fighting over space lol. Overall, GERAT time and would definitely rent there again! Thanks for having us! Andrea, Ed and family

Dirty broken down home.

When we arrived the house was in a poor state. Broken toilet, Broken blind, stained mattress, broken screen on windows, broken and smashed microwave, mold in bathroom faucet, water leaking under sink. My wife spent most of her time cleaning especially the cold air returns which were black with filth. Not a great experience the property couldn’t have cared less about my complaints. Not impressed and I would and deserve a full refund. To think I travelled 2000+ miles to enjoy a vacation and got a nightmare in return. Buyer Beware .Ray J Paquette Canada

Semester Florida

En mycket bra bostad. Vi var nio st och en baby och fick lätt plats. Tre toaletter var oxå ett plus. Det fanns alla husgeråd man behöver. Lite spänning var det oxå då det fanns en alligator i dammen utanför samt en svartbjörn i skogen. Ett lugnt område med ett hus som vi varmt kan rekommendera.

Disney Vacation

Our stay here was beautiful. We stayed 8 days and i have 0 complaints. The house was clean and spacious- was perfect for my family of 8. We came to florida because my 6 year old was dying to go to Disney for her birthday- honestly, I had more fun chilling out at the pool than Disney😂 Everything you need is already here at the home except toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and dish detergent. That wasnt an issue at all as Walmart was only 9 minutes away. During our stay 2 of my kids and I all learned how to swim- thats how much time we spent in the pool. Everything is close by, Disney was even 20 minutes away!!!! Check in/ check out process was a breeze. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent house in a peaceful neighborhood

This accomodation suits best for families that love disney, peace and quiet and chilling in the pool. A great house with lots of space and easy and fast communication with the houseowner. The only minus I give is that unfortunately disney is the only thing that is near and the traffic all around the location (especially I-4) was terrilble. Otherwise would be a 5 star rating!
