Cozy Home in Old Town on Main St 2BED-2BA Steps away from wine & food!

Location, location, location is what matters most here in Cottonwood AZ! This historic yet cozy home is not only in the perfect location it is recently remodeled and up to speed with all the modern essentials every traveler requires. Travelers from around the world come to our valley for the beautiful red rocks, outdoor activities, escaping the hot weather of Phoenix and for the local wine tasting. So, let us welcome you, your loved ones and even your family pets (no cats please) on your next vacation here in sunny AZ!

We have two homes that are white with white picket fences right next to each other on Main St. This is our smaller more affordable home. The other property next door is a little larger and also can be found on VRBO and other booking sites.

2 Master style bedrooms with a full bath for each room.

Front bedroom has a super comfortable king bed, soft sheets, new towels and stand up shower in its attached bathroom.

Back bedroom makes the most of its space by giving you a bunk bed that has a queen down bellow and a twin XL up top. This bathroom gives you the option of a stand up shower or as a bathtub.

This fresh remodel includes new kitchen countertops and appliances with a dual action coffee machine for traditional brewing or for using K-cups.

Full size washer, dryer, dishwasher and a large back yard to let your pets out. Reminder to always check the fence for any new holes or crannies your little ones can squeeze out of. We walk it as much as we can but just to be safe, always double check.

Propane grill out back. (Propane is not guaranteed but often has leftover gas)

Sit back and enjoy, relaxing on the large sectional couch inside or use the rocking chairs out front during our good weather, drink some fresh tea or people watch while you drink some local wine! The best restaurants in town are literally just a short walk around the corner as well as free overnight city EV chargers. (EV chargers are free and rarely out of order but are not super fast but will charge most EV's a decent amount in 8-14hrs. EXP Tesla Model S gained 16 miles per hour charge rate)

We have high speed wifi, strong enough to stream your favorite tv apps on one of our three TVs using roku or the TVs internal apps.
There is no traditional cable tv or guarantee of local channels.

Park up to three cars, front to back, in our designated parking area.

We do not allow large parties outside the residents listed on your rental agreement and do not allow individuals or business/corps to book this home for part time or seasonal workers. This home is provided for families limited to 5 persons with vacation type itineraries.

Reminder this is an older home under the new remodel but things can happen, break, wear out, ect...we just ask you to give us an opportunity to fix the situation.

This house is located on the same street as the downtown Cottonwood locations. We walked to the wineries, shops, and dining places. The house is very clean with enough amenities to get you through your stay. We used the washer and dryer and cooked breakfast there every day of our stay. We noticed some unhung hooks in the laundry room which would have been nice to have in the master bathroom. Everything worked well, and the house was cool during the day and warm at night. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Cottonwood that is close to all of the main attractions this little gem is a great choice. One small con is because it is located on the main drag, backing out of the driveway takes a little bit of patience. We did not use the grill in the back but we did enjoy the rocking chairs on the porch one evening.

Spring Break Getaway

We stopped for a quick 3 day visit to Sedona. We were very happy with this cute and clean cottage in downtown Cottonwood. We were able to walk to shopping and dining. Sedona and hiking trails were just a short drive away.

We had so much fun being in Old Town and a short walk to all of the shops, restaurants and wineries. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and easy to find everything. We would have loved an extra chair in the living room but that’s just us.

If you're looking to stay in Cottonwood, we highly recommend this home. It was comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the downtown shops/restaurants and close proximity to Jerome and Sedona. The front porch light needs fixed, but otherwise it was perfect.

Renovated beauty, Best Location

This House was Exceptionally clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was new and well-equipped. The location on this Gem was Awesome. You're across the street from a coffee/donut house, next door to a hamburger/malt shop and on historic downtown Cottonwood's Main St. Dont second guess this One! Plus the yard gir the dog was Perfect. I cant wait to come back!

Why they chose this property

This is the place to visit when in Cottonwood. Everyone visits "old town" and this is right there, no need to drive and park, just walk to all the wonderful restaurants like Nics Italian Steak and Crab House or Bocce's or Merkin Vineyards Hilltop Winery & Trattoria for the best views while you eat drink and book a local wine tour. The best part is this is still a small town so after the restaurants close so does old town and you won't see a car drive for hours at night. I should know I was born and raised here.
