Once again we had a good time staying here. The place was clean and all appliances were working fine.One minor issue was that we had to go to the store to purchase toilet tissue. Appears that the cleaners missed providing additional tissue.We highly recommend staying here. Being able to walk around and dine in old town is a bonus.

Nice clean property with everything you need. The beds are comfortable with lots of extra linens and plenty of towels. It was wonderful to walk to old town Cottonwood. Would definitely rent this place again.

Property is in excellent condition compared to other properties we have stayed at in the same area. Being able to walk to nearby dining and walking areas for our doggies is a bonus. We will be requesting to come back 3-4 times for the remainder of 2026.

We are avid VRBO customers I would have to say this was probably my least favorite. Very plain, no cooking equipment in the kitchen, not even over mitts. Propane tank was empty unable to grill or bake the chicken I brought. No cutting board. Only 2 mismatched wine glasses. which I found odd for wine country. The ceiling fan in master bedroom was squealing so load I couldn't even sleep in the room. I let the property manager know however no one came out to fix it. Towel rack was falling off the wall, bathroom cabinets peeling apart. Blinds not going all the way down felt exposed. No filter in the AC vent. Its on route to the hospital so many ambulances with sirens driving by. On the plus side the AC did blow very cold but without a filter was very load.

Perfect place to staying in cottonwood, excellent location from all of downtown cottonwood. Quiet location. Clean house. Great backyard for dogs to play in.
