Updated patio home with beautiful views and situated on the fairway at Gainey Ranch Golf Club. Located in a 24 hour guard gated community this single level patio home is a great vacation spot! 2 bedrooms with en suite baths plus office with sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen features newer appliances and is open to the large eating area with a table for 6. The great room over looks the spacious patio. Rental includes complete access to the Estate club heated pool. Very clean!

Great Location. Attentive Management

The golf villa was a perfect location for our extended stay in Scottsdale. Secure neighborhood. Well equiped house. Would definitely stay again.

Well situated property

The outside was a dissappointment - the BBQ was dirty . The wax candle had melted on and through the table. It was hard and we didn't try and remove it . This prevented us from eating outside and we notified the owner and received an apology but no action was taken. Two other issues were dealt with promptly

Hi Chris. Our apologies that the exterior patio didn’t meet your expectations. Cleanliness is a huge priority for us and the cleaning company was contacted about the grill. There is a brush there for use, It was not clear that you wanted someone to come over and brush the grill off. It was my understanding you were letting us know the cleaning company missed it. Same with the candle, I wish you would have indicated it was preventing you from eating outside. We strive to take care of all of our guests needs right away as we did with all of your requests. We will take this note and look to improve communication with our guests.

Great stay in Scottsdale

Gretchen made the entire process so easy. She was available to answer all my questions. The fitness center was under construction during my stay. She was able to give me ideas of other gyms to look at. The house was beautiful and very clean. Definitely felt like home. Would stay again.
