About this property

Lifes a beach @ salt Kingscliff

The first photo is the actual view you get from this fantastic holiday unit. The second photo is of the unit middle floor to your left. Apartment is an Ocean spa delux which consists of 2 bedrooms with king size beds in each room or for a family we can change the configuration into one king and 2 king singles. There is also a fold out double bed in the main lounge if extra bedding is required (additional charge and for children only). We will only allow a maximum of 4 adults in the unit at any one time (please refer to Adult policy further below) but we can accommodate a family of 5 (2 adults 3 children ages 0-17 years) if the children are family members. All linen and towels are provided (extra charge if you would like linen change during your stay). Fully self contained unit with lovely kitchen and a full laundry with dryer. Lounge dining combined with stunning views to the beach and overlooking the beautiful main pool and children's wading pool. Both bedrooms have their own balconies and bathrooms both with bath and shower, main bedroom has a spa bath. The Mantra resort has 2 pools, tennis court, restaurant and a fully equipped gymnasium. Mantra does not have free Wifi so if you need additional Wifi you have to pay Mantra to use it. There are fabulous restaurants and bars and an IGA grocery store located within the resort complex. The resort is a fabulous place for families and couples alike and the beach is patrolled by surf life savers all year round. Location is superb with a 5 minute drive North you will find Kingscliff a quaint sea side town or 30 mins South and you are in Byron bay which is a lovely day out. Coolangatta and it's amazing beaches is only a 15 minute drive North. The Gold Coast airport is a short 15 minute drive North of the resort.Also Surfers Paradise is a 40 minute drive north aswell as all the theme parks the Gold Coast has to offer. Do as much as you want or as little as possible. Relaxing is what this resort is all about.
This unit is managed by the owner so we are happy to accommodate all your needs to the best of our ability and we live locally so our knowledge of the area is impecable.




ADULT POLICY: Only 4 adults at any one time.

We will only accommodate up to 4 adults at any one time and this policy must be adhered to with no exceptions. We can accommodate up to 5 persons if the children are under the age of 17 and are family members. Our bedding configuration will not accommodate extra adults on the pull out sofa.

We had a great stay. The unit has everything you need and the view over the main lagoon pool was spectacular! Both bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Restaurants and a mini supermarket were a 2 minute walk away.

Lovely apartment located close to beach

Lovely 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment with well-equippws kitchen. Balconies overlook the pool area and are large enough to relax on. A short walk to the beach and for a morning coffee. We enjoyed our short stay and would happily return.

Life's a Beach is a terrific apartment in a perfect location. Gorgeous ocean and pool views from the verandah. The property was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Dale was so easy to communicate with! It was a great getaway with our kids. Highly recommend.

The minute we walked in it felt like a home, not a hotel room. Everything needed was catered for, including some thoughtful snacks and fruit for the kids. Very comfy bed and clean and tidy. We love this property and stayed in a number of different rooms. This is the only one that has provided grocery essentials which was a lovely touch & very convenient. We probably prefer the layout of some of the other rooms, but the view of the pool & proximity (which you pay a little more for) are definite winners here. Thanks for a wonderful family holiday:)

This apartment was exactly as described. We were greeted by our host who gave us the keys. She was so lovely and friendly. This place was amazing. The location at Salt was perfect. Has everything you could need within the resort or close by. Boutique shops, fantastic restaurants, great pub. And the unit itself was awesome. Very tidy. Wonderful view. And great owners who provided treats for our kids as well as extra amenities that the resort operated rooms don’t get. Will definitely be back.

Perfect way to celebrate our milestone birthday

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The unit has everything you could need including a great view. Owners are lovely and communicated with us at every stage as we were coming during the floods. Super comfy beds and lounge. My friend and I were looking for a nice quiet place to stay to celebrate our birthdays and this fit the bill perfectly. The coffee shops and rest are good and close.
