Hopefully, you will find your choice of staying with me the smartest because I can recommend you a lot of things you may need related to local restaurants, bars, tours and massage&spa services in my hometown. Please be my guests.
The unique feature is it has amazing views to the sea, mountains, rivers and the whole city from above.I love it and I hope you will do, too.

- A lot of good local and seafood restaurants and stores close to the building - Breezes and sunshine all day - 10 minutes by taxi to the airport - 20 minutes by taxi to HoiAn ancient city - 2 hours to Hue City by taxi 6r car - Tourist attrations: Champa museum (6km), Linh Ung pagoda (11km), Marble Mountains (5km) - A minimart on the ground floor. - Cameras and security guards in the building 24/7

The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach was very close. There were plenty of dinning and shopping options in walking distance. The host was responsive. He arranged airport transportation and sent a technician to immediately repair a minor problem with one of the air conditioning units.

Im 2nd time here, so yes its worth coming back. Host was great and communicated wonderfully. Beautiful views and great location. Next time i am in Vietnam , im coming back for thirds

This is a very nice and modern flat. The views of the city and the beach are fantastic. Here are some Pros and Cons of this property:Pros:*Very modern and clean property. Looks to have been recently renovated.*Two full bathrooms, both with shower stalls.*The balcony views are awesome. It is nice to have a big balcony.*Directly across from the beach.*Huge selection of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk, many directly outside of the building.Cons:* Virtually no kitchenware. We had to ask for basic cutlery (which the owner quickly provided.)* No toaster or pots and only one frying pan.* Only four towels. With the beach being so near, more should be provided.Overall, the Pros greatly outweigh the Cons and we would return to this property.

Perfect Location, Great value

Property wasn't everything I expected and more. Great location, a couple of minute walk to the beach, Restaurants and shops are right there. Property was clean, Host communicated wonderfully and check in was easy. Would stay again

Fantastic

Had a great time in DaNang. The apartment was in a great location and a great deal. Will definitely go to there again. Close to thebeach and anything else you needed. The view from the balcony was awesome. The only criticism was having to carry around both a room key and an elevator pass. If there was one card for both functions, that would be perfect.

Inaccurate listing

The apartment we were taken to wasn’t the same apartment we booked. The apartment we were given was pretty run down compared to what we saw online. We canceled after we got there and had to get a refund through VRBO. We ended up staying at a nearby hotel.

The unit was not the unit shown in the pictures. Overall the unit was ok, had a beach view and was in walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops & the beach. Communication with the host was very good & check in was relatively easy.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony and a laundry area. This apartment can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, but if your group has more than 6 people, you are still welcome, there is no extra fee. Extra pillows, blankets and mattresses are always available.

What makes this property unique

You don’t need to worry about the safety here as this building has a good security. Security guards works 24h, CCTC system is installed, magnetic card is required to use the elevator.
