Great house and amenities for large family reunion

Our large family reunion group enjoyed the spacious well stocked kitchen, the expansive deck and view off the back of the house, and the pickleball court.

Absolutely wonderful

Such a fantastic property, and stay. The hosts were possibly the best communicators of any property we’ve ever rented. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and the ice maker came in clutch! Five stars all around, we will definitely be back!

Loved our stay!

We truly couldn't have had a better experience for our staff summit. The location was clean and had everything we could have needed to meet with our team for the week. It was located close to Dripping Springs for a nice night out and had plenty of parking. Our stay was fantastic!

Great property!

Beautiful property, great management, perfect location, will absolutely come back to this house for future retreats. The management was very responsive to all questions which we had during our stay and did all they could to make us feel at home. If you're looking for an upscale place with all the bells and whistles, this is the place.

Accommodations Galore

Great house for big groups that like to have fun. We enjoyed the pool, the back patio, the game room, and the great room and kitchen combo. Convenient to grocery store, fast food, and shopping. Would totally stay here again. Thank you for making the house so Grand!

The Villa is Grand!

The villa was perfect for our group of 17. Plenty of spaces indoors and out to gather as a group. The kitchen was well set up to prepare group meals. The managers and owners were communicative and responsive. This is the 7th girls weekend trip that this group has been on in various states in the US and this was the best home we've rented by far.

One of a Kind Stay - PERFECT for Big Groups!

This Vrbo is PERFECT for large groups - they have thought of EVERYTHING. There is plenty of space to gather together, but the rooms are also nicely spaced if you need a break from the chaos. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and there are enough plates and cups and TWO dishwashers, so you never have trouble cooking meals. The hot tub is awesome and incredibly spacious AND it heats up really quickly. Whether you have a giant group of gals or a big family reunion, there is no place better than the Grand Villa for your stay. I'm already trying to think of reasons to come back!

Beautiful home.

It was a lovely property with lots of amentities. Very spacious. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. The only downfall was the smell out by the pool area. It was very unpleasant. It smelled like natural gas. Hopefully, that was temporary .

Absolutely best rental home ever!

Amazing experience for our group!!! This house was better than expected, equipped with everything you need, incredibly spacious, the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, and gorgeous views! Thad and Annette were so fast to fix any small issues that we had. You will not find a better rental and the drive out from Austin is worth it! I rack my brain over which rental to get for our group in each city and I’m so thrilled that I chose this one! Everyone was so impressed!

Absolutely Stunning Property

This home is INCREDIBLE! The photos are amazing and even they don't do it justice. We had about 40 adults sleeping in the house and had PLENTY of space. The views from the deck are breathtaking and the pool/hot tub were a huge hit. We didn't even need to leave the house all weekend because there is so much to do. The owners are very communicative and met us at the house to show us around upon arrival. Can't say enough good things about these people and this home! Worth every penny!

Fabulous stay for our folks 50th anniversary!

We had 21 people at the Grandvilla for a week long celebration of our folks 50th anniversary! Our group ranged in age from 2 years old to 73 years old. We had plenty of space to spread out. The layout of the home was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped. The deck was INCREDIBLE! We spent every evening out there. It was beautiful. The pool was perfect. Since our group had small children, we brought door alarms for the pool doors as a safety measure. That worked well to make sure none of the littles escaped to the pool unattended. The location was good as well. It was close to grocery shopping and most everything we did was within 30-45 minutes. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Grandvilla to anyone with a big party looking for well-equipped and well designed home.

Modern Mansion meets Hill Country

We rented this home for an executive offsite meeting for three nights. There were 10 people, so almost everyone had there own room with PLENTY of space. I've rented quite a few nice VRBO properties, but this one is by far the most well appointed property I've ever seen. The owners have thought of everything! We had plenty of room to socially distance during our meetings and our stay, but still felt a sense of camaraderie and comfort. The owner's hospitality and communication was outstanding and extremely helpful. We never left the house and cooked or had food delivered each night. We all would highly recommend this venue for a corporate offsite retreat, a large family gathering, or any special occassion in Dripping Springs. There is so much to enjoy in this home, you never have to leave. Five stars!
