Fall in North Phoenix

This property is in North Phoenix between Interstate 17 and SR-51 so it’s a short drive to connections in any direction. Very convenient to Paradise Valley, Biltmore, and Scottsdale. It’s a 20 minute drive from the rental car complex at Sky Harbor except at rush hours. Everything you need for your stay is at the property: cooking equipment, barbecue, TV’s with streaming, fast internet, covered parking, balconies, and a nice landscaped courtyard. The pool and jacuzzi is a 2 minute walk away. The perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Quiet, Cozy and Convenient

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It had all the amenities that we could ask for and more. The property was very clean and maintained very well. Our morning coffee was spent out in our private courtyard, which was so beautiful! We spent time at the tennis court/pickleball court and had our choice of three different pools, which were all wonderful and kept very clean! This property is centrally located so it was very easy to get to resturaunts, groceries and hiking areas! Beautiful veiws of the mountain ranges too!! We would definitely stay here again!

John is awesome and super responsive. He even provided Holiday decor for our stay over the Holidays and supplied a printer/scanner for my business purposes. You get a covered parking space that is literally right next to the entry door. His place is very clean and has everything you need to cook. The TV is giant and very good and with plenty of channels. The two bedrooms also come with TVs. I have rented many places while on vacation and this one was the best equipped I have ever experienced, especially with respect to the cooking set up. The washer and dryer are also top notch. The door entry system is electronic and very easy to use. John will set the door code to whatever is easiest for you to remember. The community is gated and shockingly quiet, which of course we really liked. There are three pools and hot tubs in the community and every time we went to one in the late evening no one else was there, so it was like having your own giant private swimming facility. The one thing that really makes John’s place special is his private attached courtyard. It receives quite a bit of direct sun during the day and it comes equipped with an excellent barbecue. Finally, the community also has a very nice outdoor full length basketball court and an adjoining tennis court. The tennis court is also lined for pickleball and we played pickleball everyday. Overall, this is a great place and John is a reliable and excellent host. Enjoy your stay!

Amazing House, Amazing Owner!

Was extremely happy with our stay at John's house. It's clean, centrally located, and close to hiking. Gated Community with Pool, couldn't ask for a better host, went well out of his way to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a very close proximity to hiking in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and 20 minutes from Glendale, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix. Will definetly reserve this property again when we return to Phoenix in a couple months!
