About this property

Relax in our clean, cozy and quiet two bedroom one-and-a-half bath beach home located on an exceptional street in North Beach.

~ Only a few short steps to dig your toes into our fantastic white sand beach.
~ A 5-minute stroll will bring you to Flagler Avenue’s boutique shops and art galleries, great restaurants and fun nightlife.

Relax on the backyard patio with your favorite tropical beverage. The backyard is private and fully fenced. Refresh yourself in the enclosed outdoor tropical shower, lit up with twinkle lights at night, and conveniently located adjacent to a side entry door.

Downstairs you will enjoy a comfortable living room with Smart TV, Spectrum cable and Roku, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a sunny dining area. There is a half-bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a king bed with Smart TV and the back bedroom has two twin beds, with an adjoining full bath between them. Both bedrooms have breezy sliding patio doors opening onto private balconies. Towels and linens are provided.

We are pleased to offer you free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

In addition, you will find everything necessary to enjoy your fun-filled days at the beach, including beach towels, chairs and umbrella.

While our beach is marvelous and nary a weekend goes by when there isn’t a street fair, art or seafood festival, wine tasting, live music or local activity happening on friendly Flagler Avenue, you might be interested in also visiting Disney World and Universal Studios in Orlando, Daytona Speedway in Daytona Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center on Merritt Island. Canaveral National Seashore has miles of gorgeous beaches to walk, swim, surf, fish or just relax. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is a near-by and interesting historical attraction.
