The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, making it a perfect hub for après-ski gatherings. After a day on the slopes, unwind on the oversized balcony with direct hot tub access and enjoy the serene mountain vistas and crisp, cool air. The tastefully appointed bedrooms feature plush king memory foam mattresses to ensure a peaceful night's rest to recharge for another day of adventure. Whether you're a seasoned skier or simply seeking a tranquil mountain retreat, this ski condo promises the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, making it an idyllic retreat for the outdoor enthusiasts.

This building features an underground private parking garage ($21/day during ski season and $3 total per stay during non-ski season) with direct lobby access for convenience and comfort on those snowy Colorado days.

The Lyft bus stop is across the street and gives you free access to all that the town of Winter Park has to offer!

Due to the cool climate, most properties in the area do not have A/C. Box fans are provided in the units.

Although the town of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the resort is closed between the approximate dates listed: middle of April through middle of June and middle of September through the middle of November.

Management is in the same complex and available to assist you and your family.

UPON DEPARTURE, PLEASE LOAD AND START DISHWASHER, EMPTY REFRIGERATOR, AND REMOVE ALL TRASH. TRASH (REFUSE) IS LOCATED ON EACH FLOOR NEAR ELEVATORS.

Great Location

The unit is exactly as advertised, location is great and the manager was accommodating. Our group took the Ski train out of Denver and had a fun time at Winter Park.

Awesome Stay for Winter Park!

This was our second time at Winter Park but first time staying in Fraser Crossing. We LOVED it. Super easy access to the gondolas and very roomy! We enjoyed the private patio area and the super small walk from the resort hot tub to the room (literally a couple of feet). We previously stayed at Zephyr Mountain Lodge but would stay here again instead. So much more room! The hosts are awesome and had a quick response time for any of our needs/concerns. 10/10⭐️

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Great Location

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The location was awesome. Easy access to the hot tub through the balcony patio and easy walk across the street to the gondola. The views were beautiful!! We had a wonderful stay!
