This is it! An amazing Winter Park condo located a few hundred feet from the gondola lift line at the base of Winter Park, with amazing mountain and slope views from the large balcony, master bedroom and every other window. Corner unit with amazing feel/lighting!
This condo belongs to an association with two connected u-shaped buildings that wrap around large hot tubs (new in 2025). The hot tubs have bubblers, led lighting and lots of comfortable seating to take in the beautiful mountain views.
Paid Parking is handled through a 3rd party website, cost is $21 daily and free in summer.
House Rules - No smoking or pets,or parties. Rental agreement must be signed/returned within 24 hours. Access to the condo will not be given without a signed agreement. $200 credit card security deposit hold will be collected prior to your arrival.

What's unique about this condo versus other 2-bedrooms? The first thing you'll notice is that it directly faces the mountain instead of the interior pool areas. When you're standing in the kitchen you have wonderful views through many different windows, and it seems as if you've been transported to the Swiss alps with the majestic Zephyr building flanked by ski runs and the beautiful mountains. There are only 4 other units that are similarly situated in the building.
Staying at this condo you'll be about 90 seconds away from Starbucks, and will have a short 2-3 min walk to the gondola, chairlifts, restaurants/bars, and all the activities that Winter Park Village has to offer. There are 8+ restaurants and many stores in the Village where you can eat, drink and just enjoy the atmosphere.
Condo Setup: The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, wall mounted TV and large 5-drawer dresser plus closet. Private attached bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized mattress and a writing/computer desk with ergonomic chair, and 4-drawer dresser. We also have a King sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bathroom has a full-sized tub/ shower. There is a large covered deck facing the mountain with 4 chairs available for your use!
Kitchen: 4-burner inducation stove with full sized oven; full-sized refrigerator; large granite island countertop; full pots/pans/storage/utensils for making meals; large microwave; complete set of cutting boards, knives, bowls, and other typical kitchen essentials. Cuisinart 14-cup v-style filter coffee maker provided (backup 12 cup Mr Coffee that uses basket style filters).
The condo is in beautiful condition with upgraded flooring and gets tons of natural light throughout the day. This is our home away from home and we would love to have it be yours too!

When booking this unit you will be asked to sign our required Rental Agreement, which provides protections for you as guest and us as owners. We'll send it soon after your booking, and your signing is required within 24 hours of your booking time.
All cancellation refunds will be reduced by 3% to account for the credit card processing charge at time of booking.
