The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Great family condo

This place was amazing and spacious for 11 of us and only 2 bedrooms! There were plenty of beds for 6 kids and 5 adults to sleep on! The area was beautiful and we even seen a big male moose the first day being there and 2 more the second day! The kids were safe to walk around the area and winter park was a 2 minute drive from the condo so we had no trouble getting to nearby restaurants and other activities!

Excellent Mountain View. Very clean and well equipped. Near Winter Park base and easy access to the most scenic part of Fraser Valley trail. Hot tub is just a few doors down and was excellent. Very quiet but we were there in September off season. Would definitely book again

This place is so nice, roomy and cozy. We had every thing we needed for a wonderful ski/snowboard vacay at Winter Park Resort. The free shuttle stop was just a short walk from the condo to hitch a ride to the resort. Our teenage boys enjoyed the hot tub! Very close and very convenient and we want to stay in this location again next year!

Clean place to stay with plenty of accommodations and space for a group of 7 of us. The kitchen was prepared well and had everything we needed to get meals going, fridge has lots of space to store our foods! Living room open layout with the view of the porch was nice to see every morning! Nice spot to hang out and catch a shuttle over to the slopes in a couple minutes. The place is so close you can stay in the area and have a great time! Nothing is too far either maybe 10 minutes max to get around the town as wel!

Amazing Accomodations

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It is beautifully decorated and has all of the amenities you can ask for in a luxury condo. There was an Xbox for my son, steam shower in condo, all the kitchen cookware (including crockpot and griddle) you will need or want to use if you choose. It was decorated for the holidays and just minutes from the slopes. We will definitely be back!!

Luxury Accommodation right near WP Base

Overall the property was incredible. The furnishings are top notch and the kitchen and baths are well stocked. The pictures didn't do the property justice. Very close to WP but limited in walkability to local nightlife, restaurants, or the resort. The hospitality company that manages the bookings would do well for themselves to review their tone in the email communications. It comes off a little passive aggressive.

My family and I had the most comfortable and unforgettable stay. We felt at home and were sad when we had to check out. The condo was so comfortable from the sauna all the way down to the pillows. Everything was clean and organized. I was able to cook dinner every night like we were at home. Will definitely book again in the future. The property was beautiful. Very spacious. Very clean. The shuttle to Winterpark was just down the driveway. So close. Garage parking. Great kitchen. The property management group took care of our questions and were very helpful when we wanted a late checkout. This a great place to rent for a super winter weekend. No complains. Nothing but praise. Will stay here again.

the condo was clean, modern, had everything we needed! location was good, close to activities! The only issue we had: should have researched the off season, we were not able to do a lot of activities due to weather, lot of things are closed until June 10 and we had no clue June would be so cool! BUT, that was our fault and we still had a great time! Beautiful area!!!
