Disclosures The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. Communication before, during, and after our stay was great. Check-in was quick. There was very convenient transport in the form of the winter park buses nearby, as well as grocery stores and a lot of other things in walking distance. The property was clean and had everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Everything really doesn’t matter when the driveway and entrance is so iced over that I could never recommend this place. And there was no salt or ice pick to save ourselves. Other items that need attention, the kitchen faucet hose needs fixing and one the barstools is a death trap and one of dining chairs isn’t to far behind. Booking the amenities such as the gym use was a pain but it was excellent when we got there. All of this is resolvable but I think is a sign that the placed is looked after very closely.
